love it! comfortable room with enough space! Also, great location!

I have spent 5 nights there. The receptionists were nice and gave me some good restaurant suggestions. It’s only a 6-minute walk to Stadtpark and 8 minutes to Karlsplatz. It’s really convenient after watching a performance at the Golden Hall, and it’s also close to Belvedere.

The location of the hotel is really amazing. We reached all our destinations by foot. What was also outstanding was the breakfast. Very good quality. Small gestures such as chocolate when checking-out or pralines on Valentine's Day made our stay really special and personal from the staff. What could be better is the ventilation in the bathroom and cleanliness of the room floor. The black tiles make it easy to spot the dirt. However, all in all it was an amazing stay

Nice environment and facilities

The staffs are friendly and helpful . Location is good close to city centre and the room is clean. However the shower room there is one glass can only covered half of the shower area. Need to dry up the water every night after shower. Other than this , it is recommended.

Nice hotel. The room size is big enough and has space fit for two people. Nice window view as well. Overall a good hotel and would stay again.

The hotel is at a very convenient place in between old town and belvedere palace. I had really enjoyed the location, there are nice facilities such as restaurants, shops very close to the hotel. Also there is a concert hall in which you can try get some tickets to the performances as in the hotel's name. The shampoo, the cream brand is L'Occitane in the bathroom, so that was also very good, hope they wont change that in future.

good location, good breakfast, nice room… everything good for a 3 day break… except the rain, but still was fun (singing in the rain)!
