Good Location nice and clean room young staff someone rigid not flexible small room breakfast not much food so so next year maybe another place

Unfortunately our room service provided was not as expected. Our room was not clean. Apparently they forgot to make our room.

Good location but worst service, no cleaning, No change towels and Cosmetics

酒店的位置很好，去哪裡都非常方便。窗户可以看到藝術博物館，馬路對面是人民公園。自助早餐出品不錯，橙子尤其新鮮清甜。旁邊100米左右有家中餐廳叫“好”，味道很不錯，不過要等很久，價格不算便宜。 酒店的設施在五星酒店來説算是中等。可以為四歲以下的孩子提供小童床；部分房間洗手間下水較差，會弄的整個衞生間都是濕的，行政房稍好一點。 安排房間和打掃衞生比較馬虎。入住時，把行政房安排成了連冰箱和浴缸都沒有的普通房，還堅持説就是行政房，還好攜程出面協調後更換了房型並致歉；服務員會忘記打掃，需要致電前台要求。同行的朋友還有可怕的經歷——清潔工把垃圾桶蓋子直接放在她的乾淨衣服上——還好在朋友提出正式投訴後，酒店為其進行了清洗並致歉。感覺就是犯錯我就道歉，然後繼續犯錯……… 我想以後再住的機率不高。

넓고, 푹신한 침대와 깨끗하고 햔대적인 욕실, 오페라 하우스와 미술사박물관 사이에 위치해서 어느 곳을 가든지 편리했다. 친적한 직원들과 퀄리티 높은 조식 메뉴도 매우 만족스러웠다.

熱熱熱熱………………非常熱，電梯開門鍵不太好用，要快點，如果又推娃娃車，又要拉行李箱很容易來不及，電梯門會自動關上，被夾到非常非常痛。

Le personnel a été très accueillant, mais l'attente pour l'enregistrement a été longue. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était très pratique et bien équipé. J'aimerais seulement que le petit déjeuner soit plus varié et plus international.

절대 루프탑룸 추천하지 않습니다. 뷰를 보려고 루프탑룸 한건데 지붕만 보이는방이었고 마치 공사판천막인양 양쪽으로 쳐져있어 전혀 프라이빗 하지않습니다. 방에 들어갈때도 엘리베이터 타고 계단을 두번이나 올라가야 방이 나옵니다. 두번다시 가고싶지 않네요.

Very nice hotel with an excelent location and walking distance to the Opera and all majour monuments. Good service and nice bar. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed due to techical problems that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Good location, centre point for all attractions/markets (10-15mins walk away from everything). Quiet rooms, receptions and catering staff all very polite and helpful. The wifi was good and we experienced no issues connecting. Great bathroom facilities, spacious with plenty of hot water and a good shower. Good gym and spa facilities, but adults only. Main let downs, were around room and hallways cleaning. We Opted for the room to be cleaned every other day when asked. The room was never vacuumed and wooden floors within the room were scuffed and dirty on arrival. The bed sheets were never changed during our stay, which is not a big issue, but considering we spent an average of £300 per night (room only), it should have been an option, when we were asked about room cleaning. Room cleaning meant only towels were changed and surfaces were wiped down, floors were not vacuumed. All floors in rooms and hallways need to be vacuumed and polished more regularly. All electricals in the room need an upgrade, the iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV and TV services especially all need upgrading. There are no USB charging ports in the room. The QR code in regards to services, needs to moved to be in a more prominent place. Most annoying thing are the bathroom glass walls, between the bedroom and bathroom. Little to no privacy while using the bathroom/toilet. Not sure why anyone ever thought glass walls for bathrooms were a good idea.

Service was excellent on all levels by all persons. However, there are many issues which lowers the rating for the experince. Having a toilet placed 50 cms from the head of the bed, separated by a thin glass wall of the bathroom, is an exceptionally bad idea. The bathroom could be easily smaller then have space for king bed in the rooms.The breakfast place is very small and thus overly crowded, noisy, literallaly have to rub shoulders with the people at next table. The restaurant has tables which are so low your leg cannot fit under it (basically a lounge table).
