Had a really great stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Location is convenient, easy to get around the city, and the staff were professional and friendly. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Vienna.

The hotel is in the perfect location for all the major sites. Everything is walkable. There are a vast selection of eateries close by to suit every pocket. The Plachutta’s  Neu Markt (next door) serves the best Wiener Schnitzel …especially  if you don’t want to walk far after a late arrival.  The hotel itself is very clean and functional. The Reception staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Ask for a high floor to avoid any late night street noise. Note: the cathedral bells toll at 7am for early Mass but for us it added to our stay in the heart of this stunning city.

Gần ga tàu có tuyến tàu trực tiếp đến sân bay và cũng rất gần Cung điện Belvedere và vườn bách thảo. Khu phố cũng rất an toàn và tiện lợi, có những nhà hàng đáng yêu và một DM, và siêu thị cũng chỉ cách đó vài phút đi bộ. Phòng rất rộng rãi, được thiết kế đẹp và được trang bị đầy đủ. Có nhiều không gian lưu trữ và tủ quần áo, và mọi đồ nội thất đều có chất lượng tuyệt vời. Phòng tắm đặc biệt tuyệt vời, được thiết kế đẹp, không gian đẹp và có bồn tắm, vòi sen, bồn cầu và gạch lát chất lượng tốt. Cảm giác thực sự như ở nhà. Phòng cũng rất yên tĩnh, khiến chúng tôi rất thoải mái khi ở lại. Điểm trừ lớn duy nhất là máy sấy tóc cũ và không đạt tiêu chuẩn, điều này thật đáng thất vọng. Nệm cũng có thể được cải thiện vì nó cũng có cảm giác cũ.

I booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”. Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy. All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries. Poor pillows, bad matrasses. To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.

The Hotel is located on the hill and the entire city can be seen from it - very beautiful. The Hotel has a style and really feels like living in a castle. The parking is free and there is plenty of space. The but station is right at the Hotel and it takes 30-60min to get to city center. Our room had a 2nd floor, the wooden stairs unfortunately creaked a lot, so one needs to move slowly at night not to wake up the kids. The breakfast is good, the restaurant is also good, and staff is very friendly. Overall I recommend the Hotel.

Austria Trend Hotel Schönbrunn Wien was absolutely gorgeous. The ambience was warm and inviting, and its location—right in front of Schönbrunn Palace—made it a wonderful choice for those visiting the palace. There were plenty of nearby shops and cafes, which added to the convenience. However, if you’re planning to do sightseeing in the main city, transportation is something to consider. You’d either need to take a taxi (about 15–20 minutes) or a tram (around 45 minutes). So, while this hotel is perfect for a Schönbrunn-focused stay, it might not be the most convenient base for exploring the entire city. The staff were friendly, but one issue stood out—housekeeping. On our morning of departure, cleaning staff knocked on our door around 10–11 AM, seemingly checking when we would be leaving. Since checkout was at 12 noon, it felt like they were unnecessarily rushing us, which was a bit frustrating. Another concern arose after checkout. We left our luggage near the baggage room at reception to explore more, and upon returning, the staff couldn’t locate our bags—even though we had the receipt given by the staff when we dropped them off. Instead, we were asked to search through the luggage ourselves in a room full of other guests’ belongings. This didn’t feel very secure, as it seemed possible for someone to mistakenly—or even intentionally—take another person’s bags. Better monitoring or improved staff training in this area would certainly enhance the experience. Despite these issues, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were welcoming overall. With a few improvements in housekeeping procedures and baggage storage security, this could be an even better place to stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel - perfect and quiet spot for people renting cars as they provide free parking. The room is spacious and the staff are very helpful!
