Hotel Zed Victoria

Actually the room was really tiny, without any balcony, I think that was because of Online Reservation I didn't try the food And also the Air Conditioner was to noisy, specially at night it leads to wake up from sleep! The environment vibe was interesting

This is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything. BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide! Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer. And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away!She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing. Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!

The family absolutely loved this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I took so many pictures of the lobby decor; the vibe of the entire hotel was awesome. My teens spent hours in the pool and on the waterslide (the only complaint was that the water pressure on the slide was a bit too low for their liking). Appreciated the freshly ground coffee and tea options for our room. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but not horrible. We will 100% stay here again if we ever make it back up to Victoria. I'm going to follow the hotel on social media now because I am low-key obsessed with the decor and want to see what everything looks like after the remodel is finished!

Has been amazing. Just the construction is the only reason I put a lower score for around the property but I am pleasantly impressed with the accommodations.

Pillows fluffy, soft blankets, best staff, amazing service. Visiting the Zed is always a fun time, even when they're uncer construction💞

I've stayed at Zed multiple times. The rooms are clean and inexpensive for a quick work trip. The hotel is undergoing renovations and I look forward to seeing to upgraded spaces.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are doing renos and the new theme will be exciting.

To me this hotel was the best it seems to encapsulate the victoria vibe, its super friendly the staff were all so pleasant, it seems like management really carecfor all its staff , the pool was nice and warm not hot but not cold a nice balance , the hot tub was nice and they have a cute waterslide also , but i lived that they had gifts in the room like a yoyo and some cute stickers ,, and the rooms are cute modern , i really enjoyed my stay thanks zed , hope to be back in the future soon , peace
