Good hotel in Victoria falls. Staff very friendly and helpful

Clean and spacious hotel rooms. Super friendly, efficient and helpful service from all the staff. Breakfast was great. The hotel has a nice pool area and bar as well as a restaurant. The hotel is in an ideal location near to all activities, the falls & the local town. Lots of wildlife around like monkeys, buck, elephants & hippos. Great stay!

Beautiful hotel but some spots missed when cleaning the bathroom.

A good hotel, clean and well kept. Furnishings are a bit dated, could use a refresher. Cordial service and relatively close to the city, although we didn’t walk there. The hotel has a view to its inside garden. From the roof you can see the mist of the distant Falls and hear their low roar… makes you want to get to the falls sooner!

Had an amazing experience and the stuff is very kind and helpful

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient to walk around in the little town. Our room was big and spacious but the furniture is quite old and basic. The room didn’t have any international plug in ports so it was a struggle to get my devices and equipment powered up.You might want to come up with your own adapters. The bathroom was clean but it’s a little small, kind of feels crowded. I didn’t get a change for meals but I’m sure I would have loved their pool menu.

My trip was a perfect one, l arrived early and l managed to get an early check-in , the room was super clean beautiful bathroom and tub, warm water. The staff was friendly and special mention to Douglas at reception he was like family and he is professional 10/10 for him. The pool is beautiful and super clean but they should not close pool at 6pm.

From the first check-in, we had to wait at the entrance for more than 40 minutes because they said that the reservation was not made because they entered the wrong name by mistake. Also, the paint was peeling off due to the damp in the room, the bathroom was full of ants and bugs, and the shower booth was broken and repaired, but the cleaning person the next day broke down, soķ I had to experience inconvenience during my three-day stay. I chose it because it was a good place to stay for three days, but it was very unpleasant because it was near a rest room full of smoking and noise, and next to a massage room. And dinner and breakfast were really bad.

好於預期，房間不是很新，但也沒有想象的那麼差，對比價格來説很合理。 房間不算大，兩個大椅子堵住了陽台門，造成進出陽台需要側身。問題不大。 洗手間寬敞，但是浴缸要爬進爬出，還容易漏水。沒有吹風機，洗澡水不算大。 沒吃早餐，目測就是基本的都有。鎮上有免費的shuttle bus可以去瀑布公園門口，也可以自己聯繫出租車，酒店叫的車。。還想收我6刀，明明市場價都是5刀。 酒店接機30刀，後來自己找了司機25刀。而且酒店賬單一定要核對清楚，我明明衹訂了接機，打的賬單要收我60，蠻黑的！

ビクトリアフォールズまでも一応徒歩圏内で、スーパーも近くとても便利な場所でした。 室内もベッドに天蓋風の蚊帳がありとてもおしゃれでした。 冷蔵庫の音が少し気になりましたが、耳栓をすれば大丈夫でした。 特に良かったのが、レストランです。外で食べるのと変わらない値段でとても美味しい料理とサービスが提供され、満足できました。
