This was a stop on our way south for the winter. Hotel is nice but not in an easy locaton to get to. Very busy area. Breakfast is not included but available for a price. Was quiet and comfortable.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and there is a bar/cafe when you walk in, very convenient.

Perfect choice close to families homes. Noticed your security cameras for safety of my vehicle and late arrival. Great service, clean room, comfortable beds.

Stayed one night, and that's all we could probably stand. Room smelled like the AC needed so cleaning. Found a cookie that was full of mold. Carpet in the hallway needs so deep cleaning. Other issues too but overall not what we were expecting from a Courtyard.

Front staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative was the air conditioner did not work very well. However the desk clerk tried to fix the problem. The other negative was the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Other then that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Would stay again.

Pillow cases dirty had makeup smudges and hair, called front desk and was told they “usually change the bed sheets” & was moved to another room, one of the beds in the other room wasn’t clean so we all slept on the other. Water was brown and toilet paper had poop smudge on it. Just overall bad experience and won’t be going back.

The staff was courteous and efficient. It was located in a safe area and well lighted.The property appears to be high end, however there look like there was black mold on the ceiling of our room and the pillows were flat and worn.

Location was excellent with shopping and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were extremely courteous during our 3 night stay.
