The beds were terrible. No top sheet on one them. My back is still hurting from the mattress. We had to ask for the floor to be mopped, our shoes were sticking to the bathroom floor. The staff was very nice and courteous but had no control of the control over the state and condition of the hotel. The issue is neglect and failure to keep the facility updated and refreshed.

Don’t look here expecting to have a ****** experience. The ****** is across the street and there is no shuttle transportation to and from. Hotel staff was average at best, rooms are outdated and dirty.

Good value. It's older but the room was clean and comfortable. One of the 2 queen beds seemed to have seen better days. The mattress sagged a bit and there was a frame bar out of place.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Everything went smoothly checking in and out. Plenty of parking on the weekday I was there. Be aware that all the restaurants and the ****** are across the street, not in the hotel. I was traveling on business and was planning to eat in the restaurant I saw online, which I assumed was in the hotel.

My check in time was 4pm I came at 8. Room wasn’t ready. Waited an additional hour n a few mins for a room. Never again ! I was given 12 drinks for the wait !

Second time using the Ameristar ****** Hotel in Vicksburg. Staff at the desk are great and helpful. My room was impeccable. No issues. I'm a picky person. The room was clean and nicely laid out by the cleaning staff. Bravo!

It was not the room that shows on their website or your website. The jacuzzi only had one working jet. The towel rack was hanging off wall. Shower barely worked and could not get in the safe.

for the price… I’ve seen better places. Big building but sketchy ambiance. Near a ****** so, what can you expect!? Shady people around the lobby and the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Shower drain was clogged. 5/10

When we got in our room and settled in we soon realized that the sink and tub was stopped up. The lady at the desk was nice and without hesitation moved us to a different room. It took a while for the water to get hot. There was some problems with the elevator as well. I only paid $52 so I guess you get what you pay for.
