Standard room but all we needed. Dinner was good quality and excellent value. Only issue was the dark car park. I’d return.

Nous avons séjourné au Campanile de Vichy. Accueil plutôt normal, chambre correcte... Au niveau restaurant plus de formule buffet, il n'y a pas de buffet... C'est fini !!! Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement Aude la serveuse pour son accueil et service rien a dire à ce niveau. Par contre, côté qualité entrées et viande, qualité médiocre. Côte d'agneau trop cuit avec supplément que je n'aurais pas dû payer ... Feuilleté aux 2 saumons, nous avons cherché les 2 saumons... Service à table avec une autre personne que Aude qui fait tomber une feuille de salade en nous disons "je ne suis pas serveuse". Je ne parle pas de Aude Beaucoup de plats avec supplément !! Le matin buffet petit déjeuner extrêmement simple, sans plus . De plus, le patron arrive sans dire bonjour ... Bref nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet établissement...

L'accueil est aimable. J'ai apprécié la possibilité de me restaurer sur place et le fait que mes bagages puissent être gardés le jour du départ. Le réseau téléphonique et wifi est très mauvais.

Il y a chez Campanile deux catégories de clients: ceux qui paient le prix fort et ont une réservation et les clients Wonderbox qui passent après ou pas du tout même s'il y a encore des disponibilités (vérifié sur site). Les Wonderbox servent de bouche-trou. Belle mentalité mercantile. LV

Hôtel situé à 15 mn à pieds des rives de l'Allier : belles promenades digestives ! Chambre propre. Plateau de courtoisie et 1 brique d'eau à l'arrivée. Pas de sèche-cheveux. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel efficace notamment au niveau du service à table et de l'approvisionnement pendant le petit déjeuner. Nécessité de réserver le dîner car la salle de restauration n'est pas très grande.

Qualité générale en baisse , nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel, une petite bouteille d'eau le premier jour posée sur le plateau d'accueil, après plus rien, pourtant nous payons bien 5 nuits, réponse du réceptionniste c'est comme ça !!!!! Repas du soir plat du jour la serveuse répond yen à plus il est pourtant 19h début du service !!!!!! Un autre choix idem pizza surgelées servies froides, ici les clients ne sont pas les bienvenus il me semble avis partagé avec d'autres personnes qui sont descendus à cet hôtel pour la semaine du Scrabble L'année prochaine c'est sur nous irons ailleurs

De passage , nous souhaitions nous restaurer et dormir. Comme le restaurant était fermé à midi le Chef a accepté de nous faire des pizzas ce qui était sympa. De plus elles étaient très bonnes.
