What a lovely experience I had here. The Arverna provides topnotch service, a quiet yet very convenient location (I never needed to use my car, just walked everywhere), and a beautiful garden patio where I enjoyed breakfast among the flowers. The hosts were kind and attentive, with excellent restaurant recommendations for me. They even surprised me with a gift on my birthday! I'll go back to Vichy...not just for the waters, but to stay here again.

This was our third stay in this great hotel. A friendly welcome, comfortable, clean rooms with everything you need for a good stay and a great breakfast. Look forward to our next visit. Very reasonable car parking available a short walk away or on the street outside the hotel.

Once in a while you find a hotel that gets everything right. What an absolute gem. Great people, tastefully decorated, big clean rooms. Just perfect. Very very highly recommended. There's a multistorey carpark nearby as well. I just love the place.

The perfect hotel, The guys that run the hotel are amazing, fabulous service. Rooms are immaculate , everything has been beautifully designed and carefully thought out. The garden is so pretty with a terrace and plants. The owners can’t do enough to help you. It’s the best place we’ve stayed in a long time. Funky art and furniture everywhere. We loved it. Fantastic helpful and personal service. Couldn’t fault it at all. Would highly recommend it, wish we were staying longer.

Lovely welcome, friendly staff. Breakfast good and plentiful. Parking good at a little extra cost - 8€ per night but allocated space in secure garage. Easy walk to all amenities. Nice rooms, comfortable, very clean. No complementary coffee/tea in room but available 24hrs downstairs.

Hôtel impeccable. Chambre pas immense mais absolument nickel récemment rénovée, rien ne manque (petit chauffage de salle de bains, chausse pied, frigo, grand écran plat..,). Literie douillette, rue calme, nuit sereine garantie ! Petit déjeuner qui propose l’essentiel des produits de qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Un super hôtel à Vichy. Une excellente adresse à recommander. On se sent effectivement comme à la maison dans un grand confort, une extrême propreté et une très belle décoration. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées et la literie très confortable! Un grand bravo aux gérants pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Ne pas oublier le petit déjeuner génial avec des excellents produit du terroir...je reviendrai!!!

Équipe très sympathique, chambre très confortable, grande et meublée avec goût, literie excellente, petit déjeuner varié avec du salé et du sucré et très bon avec des produits locaux à 12,90€, billard et babyfoot pour une soirée conviviale, très calme. Je recommande !

Un hôtel aménagé et décoré avec goût, situé très près du centre-ville et certes sans parking sur place mais le parking de la Poste est à seulement 2mn à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, le petit déjeuner excellent ( la salle vaut le coup d'oeil) et la petite terrasse donne envie d'y revenir aux beaux jours. On a eu aussi de bons conseils pour savoir que visiter et où manger, bref on reviendra avec plaisir!
