Mastino Rooms

Disappointed in the room quality. No overhead shower rose, no blackout curtains and no explanation as to how shutters worked, and no power half way through the night until morning. This meant no air conditioning and as we were leaving fairly early, no power for personal presentation

They definitely have good photographer. Pictures are better than actual. Rooms can use some renovations. Staffs are very nice though. Breakfast and spa are good.

we were so happy to have stayed at Mastino rooms. 3 nights in total. it is part of Hotel Mastino but in a building across the road. this did not bother us at all as check in/out was easy at the main hotel. all the staff were super friendly. the breakfast in the hotel was fantastic. everything about this hotel was perfect for what we needed. easy to walk around all the lovely sights of beautiful Verona.

The quality of the room and service by staff was extremely poor. It lacked in many ways, beginning with 1/ the double bed requested being 2 singles pushed together, which keep parting down the centre and creating a crater that was difficult to roll out of. 2/ The small shower which you couldn’t turn around in. (We had just come from a river cruise where the shower on the ship was double the size). 3/ The absence of tea or coffee making facility or availability to get a hot drink at our residence- we found out the night before leaving that we could have had a kettle if we requested it but nobody had informed us this was available. 4/ Breakfast was served at the hotel 100 metres away. 5/ A month before our stay we had emailed the hotel to request to reserve a car space in the hotel car park. We Never received a reply to our email request and on arrival there was no car space available. They were able though to direct us to a covered public car park.

Los colchones son horribles, están abollados y en mal estado. La manta llena de ácaros. Solicitamos cambio de habitación por estas razones y nos dieron otra habitación con un colchón aún peor, seguía abollado y muy incómodo. Reclamamos y vimos que no había interés por parte del hotel de darnos una habitación con un colchón en buen estado. Optamos por cambiar de hotel. La comunicación con el hotel dejó mucho que desear. Fatal de profesionalidad por su parte, mentiras, tras asegurarnos de que los colchones eran nuevos. Por supuesto, ni opción de reembolso, ni desde luego asegurarse de que la 2a habitación no tuviese ningún inconveniente. Absolutamente DECEPCIONANTE.

Los colchones horribles, la primera noche apenas pudimos dormir, estuvimos con un dolor de espalda horrible y además la manta que usamos estaba llena de ácaros, lo que nos provocó estornudos constantes. Al día siguiente solicitamos cambio de habitación por el colchón y nos dieron otra habitación con un colchón aún peor, todo abollado. Vimos que no había interés por parte del hotel de darnos una habitación con un colchón donde al menos se pudiera dormir sin acabar con la espalda reventada. Así que optamos por cambiar de hotel. Ya con la primera noche, el hotel nos aseguraba que ningún cliente se había quejado de los colchones, y si leen los comentarios de algunos usuarios en esta app verán que sí hay quejas de ellos. Después también nos aseguraron que los colchones eran nuevos, y en ese momento ya comenté a la persona de recepción que por favor fuera a verlo ella misma, ya que se podía comprobar que estos eran totalmente inutilizable, y horrible. Además de la falta de profesionalidad, el mentir a los clientes a la cara, deja mucho que desear. Por supuesto, ni opción de reembolso, ni desde luego asegurarse de que la 2a habitación tuviese un colchón decente. Absolutamente DECEPCIONANTE.
