The receptionist is very helpful. The room is spacious and new. It is located at the heart of Verona.

아파트는 대체로 깔끔하였으나 샤워실 하수구가 막혀있어 물이 차올랐습니다. 도심과 가까워 걸어서 이동이 가능하나 길바로옆에 위치하여 새벽부터 차 소리에 깰수밖에 없었습니다 그럼에도 위치나 접근성에서 아주 만족스럽습니다. 렌트하고 방문했는데 전용 주차장이 있어 편했습니다. 다만 사용료를 지불해야합니다(15유로 / 숙박일 )

離茱麗葉的家、競技場歌劇院很近、附近也有超市中餐館、公車站，各式的咖啡店餐廳。 房間很乾淨，冷氣狠新、房間及衛浴都很大、廚房用具、冰箱微波爐洗碗機鍋碗瓢盆用品都很方便，

이탈리아 평범한 가정집에서 머문것 같은 느낌의 호텔이였고 시설 청결 위치 모든것이 편리하고 만족스러웠습니다. 또한 리셉션 직원도 너무 친절하고 묵는데 불편함은 없는지 체크해주시고 편하게 묵고 왔습니다

진짜 진짜 좋은 숙소!! 위치도 너무 좋고 마트도 가깝고 시설또한 여태 머물렀던 숙소중에 가장 좋았습니다!! very nice room!!!

отличный аппартаменты, с отдельным входом, ребенку 7 лет был застелен диван, 3 минуты пешком по старом городу до арены и других пешеходных достопримечательностей. есть второй раз будем в Вероне, то только сюда👍

We stayed in an apartment with Truly Verona and cannot praise them enough. The apartment was amazing. Clean and accessible. The staff especially Sophia could not have been more welcoming. She was wonderful. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and buses/trains and where to visit. I even bought her a bottle of wine to say thank you when we left. Andrei was also a lovely man and helped me open a bottle of wine when I was struggling. If you are thinking of going to Verona you must look up Truly Verona and stay at one of their apartments. It will not disappoint! Thank you Truly Verona! You made our trip so wonderful! Xxxx

I cannot express how disappointed we were with our stay in Verona. My husband and I were on our honeymoon for just two days, and this apartment completely ruined the experience. The moment we arrived and turned on the air conditioning, the room filled with an awful smell—like urine. Yes, you read that right. The smell spread throughout the entire room, and it was unbearable. We couldn’t believe we had to deal with this on our honeymoon. To make matters worse, the apartment was located right above a Cuban bar. We had no peace whatsoever, with music blaring until 3 a.m.! It felt like we were inside the bar, and it’s beyond ridiculous to think anyone would want to sleep above a nightclub on their honeymoon—or ever! The staff tried to be helpful and offered to move us the next day, but who wants to spend their holiday packing and moving? We didn’t come to Verona for a hustle; we came for a romantic getaway. We wasted the first two hours of our holiday arguing with the staff, only to be told we should have "requested a quiet area." Excuse me, but isn’t it obvious that no one would willingly stay above a noisy club? We’re fine with the typical noise of people walking, some music, etc., but this was like living in the middle of a party we didn’t sign up for. When we asked for some sort of compensation for the horrible experience, they flat-out rejected us. They claimed they couldn’t smell anything, despite one of the staff members clearly acknowledging the smell when she first came to our room. But when we asked for compensation, they suddenly acted like we were imagining it and treated us as if we were ******. To make matters worse, we asked multiple times for a link to leave a review, and they completely ignored our messages. To top it off, when we finally got ready to sleep, I found someone else’s hair in the sink. Absolutely disgusting. The apartment was far from cosy, and the whole experience was a disaster. Usually, I’m not the type to leave reviews, but this experience made me really angry. I would never recommend this place. If you’re looking for a relaxing or romantic stay, avoid this apartment at all costs!

I was excited to visit this place but was left with a huge disappointment to see mold in the bathroom. I’m afraid the limited opening hours of the reception was inconvenient and caused lots of stress for me. I will never come back.

Our stay was unfortunately less than satisfactory. The heating system did not work, leaving us in a freezing room for a substantial part of our stay. Attempts to contact them went unanswered, and the unclean towel, marks in the room and noise issues only added to the misery. The staffs denied any problems and refused compensation, claiming their services were "fine." This lack of responsibility and customer care is disappointing. Efforts to communicate these concerns were met with challenges. Save yourself the trouble, I would avoid this place.

Recently returned from a weekend trip to Verona, the room allocated was in a good walking location to the main arena area and town. The room was extremely spacious well presented and equipped. The Reception staff were very friendly and provided good advice in helping us explore this beautiful city. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

This would have to be one of the best companies to deal with in all of Italy.Their staff Ann's Paola and Pedro will fix any problems with a smile.Such a pleasure to deal with in every way. Bravo a tutti

That was surprising to find such a good room in the center. The combination of a high floor, lift and a historic building allow to enjoy all these together. Good furniture, all that you need in the room. The inner yard where they have access to the stairs is clean. The rooms face the central square, but the noise is within acceptable limits. The team who manage the place are very good guys

We needed somewhere to stay in Verona just for one night before catching our flight back home, i honestly feel we hit the jackpot with our apartment. We stayed in Guiliettes House and it was beautiful, spotlessly clean and in the perfect location. The reception was on the same street a few doors down, we were able to leave our luggage here whilst we went exploring. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips to get the most out of stay. I would love to return and hopefully stay a little longer.
