We have visited Venice 5 times and I visited once some 54 years ago. We have stayed at a variety of hotels, including the Bauer Palace, a very fine hotel, but no where did we experience the please, comfort and welcome that we experienced at Palazzo Venart. All of the staff went way out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was superb, with a beautiful terrace where I could enjoy my cigars. We look forward to returning to Palazzo Venart and easily recommend the hotel to anyone who enjoys comfort and hospitality.

This hotel really shines on the ambiance and attentiveness of the staff. The concierge, Giacomo, was really wonderful. The space is charming with thoughtful touches. We just found the room a bit small and dark. However, we had a stone balcony to ourselves with a rooftop view, big enough to do yoga on, with a yoga mat the room provided. That was worth a lot! And the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

There are no words strong enough to describe our love for this hotel and its team. We've been coming here for 7 years and each time we're a little more amazed. You manage to make us feel at home while creating incredible moments. The whole staff is amazing. Thanks : Mariachiara, Lisa, Ettero, Stefano, Alessandro... What makes the staff amazing is every personal touch they do for each customer. A special word for Luana, the manager : merci, thank you, gracias, toda raba, grazie mille. No langage is enough to say thank you! Once again, everything was perfect ! And of course, thank you Giacomo ! you kill the game twice and ever more. You are our man! We don’t need our travelling guide « lonely planet » anymore, we have you. and thank’s to you we discovered this time an amazing restaurant and ice cream ! We couldn’t have whished for a better honeymoon !!! ♥️ See you in March for my 30th birthday ! Kevin, Enea and Stitch!

We had the most fabulous stay at the Palazzo Venart. This is our second time to Venice, and we couldn’t wait to come back to this luxurious oasis! What makes the Palazzo Venart such an incredible place is the people who work there, and go above & beyond to make the guests feel special & have an incredible holiday. From booking, the pre-arrival correspondence, every interaction with the front house concierge, and the waitstaff & sommeliers was warm and sincere - thank you Lisa, Giacomo, Flavia, Gianlucca, and others whose names I missed! The General Manager, Luana, always made sure to say hello and ask about us. We had been dreaming about the breakfast in the garden since our last visit, and it did not disappoint! It was a treasured morning ritual that we will remember. The highlight of our trip was our dinner at Glam, the hotel’s Michelin-Starred restaurant. The chef is an artist - the food was absolutely amazing (on beautiful local glassware as well) ! The sommeliers selected the most delicious wine for us as well. Glam is a must do on your trip to Venice!!! The Palazzo Venart holds a special place in our travel memories & we look forward to visiting again!!!

To say this was a 5 star, luxury hotel, would almost be insulting! This hotel was WAY better than that. The staff and the accommodations made us feel like royalty or at the bare minimum, celebrities. Best hotel in the world! The entire staff met us at their private dock upon arrival and sat us down in their garden with a cold glass of French champagne to talk about what itinerary, (if any,) we would like them to plan or help us plan. They swooped our baby up in their arms so i could have a break and immediately made us feel as if the staff stopped their day to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. When we arrived into our room there were little hand written notes everywhere, fresh fruit, a bottle of champs and a special note with a rubber ducky for our 9 month old baby along with a perfectly made up crib for her. We cannot wait to go back and i could write a book about every part of this hotel that blew me away. This is a luxurious experience and although a little pricey, worth every penny! Stay in the suite overlooking the garden and canal! It’s beautiful!

Wow, just wow! The level service, detail and hospitatlity were over the top and excpetional! Every detail was thought of and every kindness to ensure our stay in Venice was memorable was prioritized. The staff are the best in the business! If you are lucky enough to stay here, it is worth!
