Casanova ai Tolentini

We booked this hotel through *********** based off price and location. We booked room “105” which comes with an private external bathroom just across the hall. The check in process was relatively easy and due to the hotel being un-staffed all doors are secured with a code. Room itself was okay, clean and enough space for 2 people. A small fridge in the desk and a wardrobe with a few hangers. There’s a safe in there but it had been locked when we arrived so there was no way of opening without a key. Location was great, in a more quiet part of Venice so not much foot traffic but only 10 minutes from station. Let down slightly by the condition of the bathroom. It was a small bathroom located across the hall from our room which only we had access to via a key. The bathroom itself consisted of a toilet, sink, mirror & small shower. The bathroom was quite damp with some form of skylight fitted. There was quite a lot of mold present and needed a good clean and some decorating. Overall for the price we paid, we got a clean room in a good location.
