家庭房開窗正對着赤足橋，風景很好。距離火車站非常近適合火車出遊。房間很大，設施比較舊

We've stayed here twice primarily because of the convenient, quiet location next to the Santa Lucia train station and the Piazzale Roma bus stop right in Venice with a Grand Canal view available. You would never know that train/bus transportation is nearby as it is hidden from view. The location means that you don't have to take a boat or lug bags over bridges & interminable steps from the train. (You can't avoid bridges from the bus station, but at least it's over in 15 min once you reach the hotel.) The manager, Irene, is charming & has a wonderful sense of humor. The Grand Canal room we stayed in is showing some wear (missing inside door handle, the included breakfast next door in the garden at the connected Hotel Abbazia could use attention to weeds & clearing of dishes), but overall, it's comfy & the price is more than fair for a canalview room. I'd gladly stay here again.

My husband I stayed here for a couple days after finishing a cruise. We had no idea what to expect and were a little concerned about finding the hotel, how the service would be and how on earth to find our way to the airport when it was time to leave. Fortunately, luggage porters were eagerly waiting for travelers at the bus station to help us over the bridge to our hotel and it was a very short walk once we crossed the bridge. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was totally modern. And, breakfast? The options were endless and delicious. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Stefan and Degu who were the best hosts we could have dreamed of! Not only did they speak fluent English but they totally made us feel like we were at home! They were incredible! With so many hotels to pick from, we felt like we won the lottery with these guys! Stefan recommended a restaurant for dinner and we could not have been happier with our last meal in Venice. He even helped us with getting bus tickets to the airport for our journey home. I have to admit, it tugged at my heart to say goodbye, even after only knowing them for 2 days. What an incredible way to end our vacation! We could not have asked for better!

Если в вашем путешествии по Италии, Венеция является первым городом для посещения то лучше Abbazia Deluxe вам не найти . Отель находится в паре метров от вокзала . Отель является продолговатым строением с прекрасным внутренним двором соединенным с буфетом в , котором есть все для сытного завтрака. Предоставленные продукты были всегда первой свежести и очень вкусные . Так же в отдельных полках лежали продукты с пометкой Gluten free. Мы проживали в комнате с окнами выходящими на канал и мост ferovia ведущий в центр Венеции . Номер был великолепен, с высоким потолком и двумя большими смежными комнатами одной большой двуспальной кроватью и одной обычной плюс чистая ванная комната! Мы очень довольны всем персоналом отеля, по любому вопросу получали исчерпывающую информацию. Очень учтивые и доброжелательные люди. Большое вам спасибо! Однозначно ставлю твердую десятку 10 и советую всем этот отель!!! P.S. Во время прогулок по Венеции вы будите постоянно видеть туристов тянущих за собой тяжелые чемоданы , и радоваться выбором отеля!

Camera scadente, letto che nella parte centrale sprofonda, termosifone in bagno arrugginito e doccia sporca. Unica nota positiva il personale ! Gentile e cortese, dal primo all’ultimo! Se non fosse per il personale e la comoda posizione avrei dato una stella.

Super Service des Hotels, wir konnten bereits am frühen Vormittag einchecken. Mit dem Nachtzug der OBB runter, das Gepäck ins Hotel, frischmachen und schon konnte es losgehen! Sehenswertes altehrwürdiges Gebäude umfunktioniert zu einem tollen Hotel
