San Teodoro Palace - Luxury Apartments

We stayed in the San Teodoro Palace Luxury Apartments with our family of 5 for 4 nights. The location was incredibly convenient to public transportation, restaurants, cafes and major attractions. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and helped us eat our dinners in after long days of sightseeing. A Mimi mart and the rialto fish market are a 2-5 min walk to buy groceries. This place is incredible. The only down side was our own fault. We slept with the windows open the first night and were reminded that Venice is built on a lagoon as 40 mosquitoes entered the apartment and bit us for days. Once the windows were shut and the floor cooler was operating it wasn’t an issue any more. Our unit even had a patio on the roof overlooking the city it was incredible to eat cannolis and drink wine out there in the evenings. Incredible experience and we’d stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Great property with a beautiful room. Close to the Rialto drop off point if taking a boat from the airport. Great location within a 10 minute walk to Marco Polo Piazza. It is a little loud at night time with everyone roaming the street throughout the night and people in the hallway. Unfortunately we did not have hot water and had to boil water to shower our kids.

Just amazing!! We absolutely loved it, the apartment was right in the centre so location is perfect. It was spotlessly clean and very grand. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed here with a group of friends. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us. It was decently clean and very spacious. The freezer part of the fridge was covered in inches of frost. It needed a serious defrosting, but we didn’t really need it. I did all the paperwork and paid ahead so we would get the code without having to check in at the separate hotel, but did not receive the code until after check in time and after several phone calls. That was the only real issue we had. Great location!

Great apartment. Great location, lots to do and see within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The apartment was large and clean. The two bedroom /two bath could easily be used for an extended stay. There is a grocery store nearby as well as coffee/pastry shop and a restaurant. Very close to the water bus stop. The main door was a bit hard to find and on a dark side street. We went the long way and it felt sketchy, however if you go from the well lit street of shops (running parallel to the canal) the entrance door is much closer. Make arrangements to pay your stay ahead of arrival so you don’t have to go to the hotel first to pay. All the locks are codes. No services on site.

Check in process was extremely difficult. No luggage assistance made it difficult to check in.

After looking at the pic they are advertising, I called them and they confirmed that the apartment is same what you are looking in the pictures with a lot of space and windows. When I checked-in the apartment using 2 feet wide stairs on 4 floor and elevator was not able to fit in 2 people with small bags. When I opened the door apartment entered in kitchen area with small dining, has no windows in the whole apartment. I felt so suffocated that I have to get out of the place. I msged through WhatsApp and he called me after one hour. When I highlighted my concern, I was told there is a window in bathroom. I told them this is not the room they advertised and I booked, I was told that they have many apartments and all are different. They did not accommodate my request of changing the apartment after charging my credit card for 3 nights. I had to book another hotel and move all the stuff after long travel from California. Of course, they did not refund any money to me. I am not sure how it works but they can not put pics of best accommodation and give you a den after charging your credit card. Pictures should be clear enough so that you get a feel of what you have booked & spending money on. This is definitely not a Luxury apartment as they show in their post. This is a fraud and I am not sure about the reviews other people are saying and what type of apartment they got. I can share the pics and video of apartment I got.
