CINQUETESTE LUXURY HOME

This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in anywhere in the world and definitely the best in Venice. The location is perfect and you can stroll the streets and not feel smothered by hundreds of tourists but it is also bit far away from the main attractions. Luana is very welcoming and gave us some suggestions for walks and restaurants for our short stay with her. The bedroom was superb - incredibly comfortable beds and clean and luxurious linen. Everything we needed in the room including windows that opened over the canal. They have done a remarkable rebuild / renovation a few years back and the result is a luxurious home with a garden in Venice. I can’t wait to come back but next time it will be for a longer stay.

It is a family run business with almost care and hospitality. We were welcomed and hosted by the couple. Clean, quiet, warm room with state of art temperature control, artistic setup, beautifully designed rooms. Host made sure we eat at the right time in the morning. She set up portal service, taxt to Airport at 4 AM in the morning and took care of us. We felt the personal touch in hospitality.

Just returned from a fabulous stay in Venice. What a wonderful place, a stunning building and rooms. The whole place decorated beautifully, with art and books. The garden also beautiful, quiet and lovely to sit in. Luana and Norberto fabulous hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. We were greeted by Norberto at the nearer bridge to ensure we did not get lost. He also escorted us to our restaurant 10 minutes away, which Luana had recommended and booked for us. Luana helped with booking trips and advising on easiest ways to travel. Our room was spacious, clean, lovely superking bed, and fabulous shower. It’s lovely and quiet too. We stayed in a room with a canal view. Staff fab. Breakfast pastries, cakes, croissants, all made there. Fresh fruit with yoghurt. Coffee the best we had all holiday. We walked to the main tourist area which was about 25 minutes away. But we liked this as we could really explore different areas, and found some good bars and restaurants away from tourist areas. When we were leaving and had a spare hour Norberto provided some Prosecco and coffee. We really hope we can return one day. Highly recommend if you want to experience the real Venice, and stay somewhere amazing. Thanks Luana and Norberto.

This place was incredible. My wife and I spent our last three nights of our honeymoon trip abroad here. We were treated so well by Luana and all the staff who spent time to make us feel at home. They gave us so many recommendations tailored to what we were looking for and welcomed us with open arms. Their breakfast was delicious, and they made sure to get us reservations at a local restaurant that was one of the very best meals we had to provide a fitting end to our Italian trip. The rooms, beds, atmosphere, garden.... really everything exceeded all our expectations. Come experience tranquility, peace, warmth, and joy here at Cinqueteste. It is a true Venetian experience right on a canal. We definitely would be happy to return and highly recommend. Thank you Luana! We loved our stay.

If you are planning to visit Venice, this is the place to stay! Don't hesitate for a moment. We booked the Cinqueteste suite and enjoyed views of the canal as well as over the garden area. Very spacious and comfortable, especially for Venice. And extremely well appointed. The pictures are accurate. As nice as it is physically, the hospitality is absolutely over the top! Luana and Norbert are amazing hosts! Every detail was considered. Luana provided a wonderful overview of the area on our first morning. The continental breakfast was so fresh and delicious. We mentioned that we had to leave before breakfast hours one morning, so Luana had a tray sent to our room the evening before to ensure our day started well. One evening we brought a bottle of wine back to enjoy on the loungers in the courtyard. As we settled in, Norbert and Luana appeared with an ice bucket and glasses. But the crowning achievement was making arrangements with the courier to deliver our lost luggage at 9:30 pm on the night before we boarded our cruise. Luana had followed up with the airport and managed to get a key to the courier to ensure that we received our bag! She left a note on our door (since we returned late), and we were able to meet the courier at the scheduled time. The location is great! In a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from the train station and half-hour walk from St. Mark's Square (according to G-maps and presuming no wrong turns). A great escape from the high traffic areas. Nice bars and restaurants close by. Be sure to flip through the picture book of the transformation from what it was to what it is today. You will admire their incredible workmanship and decorating touch even more.

A rare gem in Venice! Situated in a quiet area surrounded by a beautiful large garden, Cinqueteste is truly a luxury home. So beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and such a warm and peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Venice. There were 3 large rooms upstairs, but we never heard the guests in the other 2 rooms. Our large room was very spacious including a very comfortable bed and the bathroom had a large shower with amenities. Guests could enjoy the lovely living room and dining area downstairs. We were served a delicious breakfast. I have celiac disease and they had gluten-free options for me. In addition to this amazing property and accommodation, Luana was such a wonderful, gracious and kind host. In no time, it felt like we were great friends. She went above and beyond to make our stay a truly memorable experience. A few examples demonstrate that she really cares about her guests. The first night we arrived late at her place because of a delay at the airport trying to deal with our lost luggage to no avail. We were tired and hungry after travelling from Canada. It was dark and we did not have any idea where to go, so she had her husband walk us to an excellent restaurant and make sure they could provide gluten-free options. One of the best meals we had in Italy. Over the next 2 days she frequently called the airline to try and locate our lost luggage, especially since we were going on a cruise. On the day we had to leave she called several stores and directed us where to go to purchase needed items. This was very helpful because it was pouring rain and we had limited time to get what we needed. We can’t thank Luana enough for making our stay an exceptional experience. So blessed to stay at Cinqueteste and we HIGHLY recommend this outstanding accommodation!!
