Rude, Racist, and Completely Unprofessional Receptionist (*******)
My experience at this location was ruined by the receptionist named *******. From the start, her attitude was shockingly rude — no greeting, no smile, and a completely unprofessional demeanor. She behaved as if helping me was an inconvenience. What’s even worse, I witnessed clear racist behavior: she was polite and very detailed when assisting white customers. But when it came to me, she barely spoke, acted dismissively, and withheld important information that she willingly shared with others. I was treated like I didn’t matter.
On top of that, ******* is extremely slow and inefficient. Even though there were only two people ahead of me, I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be helped. She moved without any sense of urgency, wasting time while customers stood around frustrated. Her lack of professionalism, efficiency, and basic respect for all guests is absolutely unacceptable.
Staff like ******* damage the reputation of the business and create a hostile, humiliating environment. No guest should have to experience racism, rudeness, or unnecessary delays when seeking help. I strongly urge management to retrain their staff — or better yet, hire people who are actually capable of treating all customers with fairness, respect, and basic courtesy.
