Super bad customer service and worst hotel I'll ever stayed. Please do not put this hotel or you will regret. We have booked this hotel and they referred us to another hotel and mentioned that it is trip issue and we have to walk to another hotel called Hotel Belle Eqoque with our heavy luggage. Once we reached the hotel, there are 2 hotel staffs talking and smoking outside the hotel and instead of going to the counter to assist in our check in, they continued to smoke until they finished. On checking in, they mentioned to lead us to our room through this passage walkway that is creepy and lead to another side of the building before climbing the dangerous stairs to the room. The room is small and doesn't look clean and we didn't dare to use their blanket. Please think twice before booking this hotel.

The staff were helpful, we left our bags for the day when we left and collected in the evening which was great. The bag storage is under the stairs which is open to everyone passing and is not locked but its free. The breakfast is basic but it was ok. We had a room for 4, it was very basic, the window shutter did not open, only the door to the balcony opened. The elevator is small, we were on the 3rd floor which was ok as we were able to use the stairs. the bathroom was smelly from the pipes which made the room smell as there was no window in the bathroom and the balcony is joined to next door so its not ideal to leave the balcony door open when you are not in the room.

When we arrived we were helped very friendly, unfortunately there was a little miscommunication about the breakfast and we missed it. The second they we had the breakfast and it was okay. I recommend to have breakfast somewhere in the beautiful city.

The hotel is near the train station. The room we stayed in was terrible. The bathroom and toilet are outside the room on the other floor. We have to walk to the other floor along the dark corridor to reach the very small bathroom/ toilet.

We stayed in a small double for 1 night. The room was very small but clean and included a bar fridge. Sizeable bathroom. Great if you want to stay close to the train station. Breakfast was included. There were many options including 2 cereals, ham and cheese, toast, boiled eggs, tinned fruit and yoghurts, crossaints, juices, tea and coffee. Coffees were made fresh to order. We were also able to drop off our luggage before check in. Would definitely stay again for a cheap place near transport.

We booked a double room with private toilet. Pros: The hotel is old fashioned but relatively clean. It was also very close to the main train station. Breakfast was decent and the service staff were friendly. Cons: The bed mattress was thin and fairly uncomfortable. However, the most appalling deal-breaker was when we were given a detached "private" toilet and worst of all, it was one level on top of us down the corridor. I think it is fair as a customer to assume that private toilet means attached and such information was NOT disclosed to us during booking. The toilet itself was extremely small, barely enough room for a proper shower. The key given to access our “private” toilet had access all the other room’s toilets too, which felt really unsafe for me as a female. I know this as we mistakenly accessed a wrong room on level 2. This really ruined our holiday experience in Venice. We did notice that the room beside us had an attached toilet though. So perhaps it depends on your luck. We also overhead the couple that checked in before us was sent to the nearby hotel (Lavender Hotel) down the street. Not sure if they were informed beforehand. If not, that must've been terrible for them.

Plus points- Close to Santa Lucia train station (5 min walk). Close to Piazza roma for airport bus (10 min walk) Good breakfast as per European standards. Minus points- Extremely small room. We booked a tripple room, it was so small, no space to open bags. No table. Only one small chair. No dressing table. No electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets in room. Disposable thin plastic cups for keeping toiletries. Extremely small bathroom and even smaller shower cubicle. It is impossible to move in that cubicle. Tiny and super slow lift which can accommodate only one or two max persons at a time. Pls choose this hotel only if you wish to stay near train station.

I did not go and my payment was not refunded I notified them one month in advance

Very good quiet and room. The hotel is near at the best of Venice sightseeings. Recommended.

The hotel was easy to find!

Some female receptionists are friendly but some are not. I got a room on the top floor . The room has recently been renovated. It is bigger than the others on the lower floors. Water pressure is strong in the 🚿 . If the price is under 40 euro per night, it is a 🏨 worth staying

Have Internet connection in room but is not loading any websites at all, lot of bugs and flies in room, no hot water for shower, uncomfortable beds, really old buildings without any upgrades!

It was really very disappointed with this hotel because when we reached they told us they are fully booked and made us walked another 5-7mins with our luggages to another location! Though with GPS to guide us but not easy to find too! The booking came with free breakfast but me and my family didn’t go back to the hotel to have them also😫
