Perfect location right next to the train station so convenient. The room wasn’t as clean as I was expecting and also we didn’t have hot water for the first two nights. I had to complain at the reception two times to have hot water at my last night. Breakfast was average the blonde girl at the breakfast was extremely rude and had a bad attitude, especially with the kids. The girl at the reception with a brown long hair was so helpful and kind.

Sewage smell in the lift and near the lift, it is really disgusting, unacceptable for hotel Room is ok to stay for one night, not more

When we arrived we were helped very friendly, unfortunately there was a little miscommunication about the breakfast and we missed it. The second they we had the breakfast and it was okay. I recommend to have breakfast somewhere in the beautiful city.

We stayed in a small double for 1 night. The room was very small but clean and included a bar fridge. Sizeable bathroom. Great if you want to stay close to the train station. Breakfast was included. There were many options including 2 cereals, ham and cheese, toast, boiled eggs, tinned fruit and yoghurts, crossaints, juices, tea and coffee. Coffees were made fresh to order. We were also able to drop off our luggage before check in. Would definitely stay again for a cheap place near transport.

We booked a double room with private toilet. Pros: The hotel is old fashioned but relatively clean. It was also very close to the main train station. Breakfast was decent and the service staff were friendly. Cons: The bed mattress was thin and fairly uncomfortable. However, the most appalling deal-breaker was when we were given a detached "private" toilet and worst of all, it was one level on top of us down the corridor. I think it is fair as a customer to assume that private toilet means attached and such information was NOT disclosed to us during booking. The toilet itself was extremely small, barely enough room for a proper shower. The key given to access our “private” toilet had access all the other room’s toilets too, which felt really unsafe for me as a female. I know this as we mistakenly accessed a wrong room on level 2. This really ruined our holiday experience in Venice. We did notice that the room beside us had an attached toilet though. So perhaps it depends on your luck. We also overhead the couple that checked in before us was sent to the nearby hotel (Lavender Hotel) down the street. Not sure if they were informed beforehand. If not, that must've been terrible for them.
