A beautiful place to stay for my first trip to Venice. The room was clean, the bedding was perfect. Coffee and croissant in the morning sitting overlooking the canal. The overall ambience of the property was wonderful. I will most definitely be returning.

Stayed here for a few days with two kids. It was really ideal for us. It had the right look and feel for a trip to Venice. On the water, old building and the rooms have kept the old world feel. Best way to arrive it by water taxi from the airport, kids loved it. Location is hard to beat- right between the square and the bridge, with all kinds of little plaza's and canals all around for photo opportunities. Easy walking to anywhere you need to go, or for just wandering and exploring. Rooms were comfortable and quiet at night. We had a garden view the first 2 days and changed to a canal view the last two days. Both great- the better view of the canal offset a bit with the mosquitos from the water. If we return I'd probably stick with the garden side. Service was OK. There is a little, very basic breakfast provided in the garden, but you really don't see much of the staff throughout the rest of the day. There is a wonderful place to eat facing the hotel across the canal. But there are really places all around to have great meals. Not luxury, but it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted.

STAY AWAY Romanian woman that works there is absolutely terrible, I wrote a long review about her awfulness on *********** she really should nit be anywhere near the hospitality industry In addition I asked not to clean my room, they entered anyway and left the window open, I was bitten to death by mosquitoes. I wouldn't call one small crossoint a breakfast Lots of steps to your room if you have a heavy suitcase Seriously, STAY AWAY!

I will start with the good points: The place is a very authentic inn in a great location. Sadly the positives end here. The reasons I would not ever come here again: - Aircondition did not work and despite me reaching out, the problem was not fixed. I ended up not being able to sleep at all during the first night. The saving grace is that they moved me to another room on the second day - The staff on-site did not speak English. The older lady taking care of the property wasn't friendly and most of the time made me feel like I am an annoyance - The worst part is that they canceled my reservation after I checked out. I made my booking through an external website which allows me to gather loyalty points. I paid the full price by credit card, but of course, as the booking was canceled I am not able to receive the aforementioned bonuses. I have reached out to the property via WhatsApp, the booking website as well as email but am getting ignored completely. This is very much in line with their overall approach. To summarize, the place was nice, but there is zero commitment to customer satisfaction.

Bellissima esperienza! Consiglio per una vacanza immersi nella venezianità più totale. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. La locanda ha una bellissima porta d'acqua dove potersi rilassare con vista sul famoso ponte di ferro di fondamenta dei Felzi. La camera dove ho alloggiato aveva una finestra proprio sullo stesso splendido canale. Esperienza straordinaria da rifare.
