Hotel Pantalon

We had a terrible experience booking this hotel. The voucher mentions that you can check-in anytime between 8am and 1pm (which is a false promise), after having a hectic travel for 8hrs, we reached hotel at 12pm and we were not allowed to check-in until 1pm- the receptionist was so rude to us. We were offered a very small room, with no balcony, no water bottles, no kettles, no coffee set, no baby fridge and even the shower head was broken. As I was not feeling well, I asked the reception for a glass of hot water, for which they denied (seriously?). What the voucher mentions is a double bed, but I had got two single beds attached and they both were at different heights. The breakfast was awful too and we never even got a coffee as the machine was broken. I have had a very bad experience and obviously not expected in a place like venice. Since there is a mismatch from what is shown in your website and what was in reality, I request you a full refund of my booking as it was totally not worth it.

No lift and breakfast is pathetic as per price of rooms

En general bien, pero es un hotel bastante antiguo, sin ascensor, las camas no son muy cómodas y el desayuno empieza bastante tarde (8:30). La ubicación es buena

Todo perfecto. Habitación un poco pequeña pero muy limpia, ubicacion perfecta.

La ubicación es genial, todo está cerca, se puede pasear por la zona y encuentras restaurantes bastante económicos para comer y cenar

Accueil chaleureux, l’hôtel est à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Cet hôtel est parfait pour un court séjour.
