Stayed 2 nights here, booked fairly last minute and was the only thing actually in Venice of a reasonable price. Check in did not go smoothly, we were around the corner at a restaurant and got a text saying our keys for self check in were in the lobby etc… we made our way around to the hotel and arrived just after 1 (the listed check in time), there was indeed an envelope of keys waiting, we went up to the room to see the door wide open, the rugs hanging out the open windows and a mop and bucket in the room. A few minutes later a lady came in who was the cleaner and said she needed another 10 minutes. We sat in the hall for half an hour in the end before we finally got into the room. When we got in we discovered one of the bathroom lights didn’t work and there was no remote control for the air conditioning. We took a nap on the rock hard mattress and woke up covered in mosquito bites, we later noticed 2 of them in the room presumably from where the windows had been left open with the rugs hanging out of them. The person I spoke to on WhatsApp the next day was helpful and fixed the light and left the remote for the air conditioning. The location is great, it’s 5 minutes walk from the Vaporetto stop in a nice neighbourhood. There’s a bar/restaurant at the end of the street that’s nice also. Overall if you’re on a really tight budget this could work but otherwise find somewhere else.

Nous avons séjournez dans cet hotel du 27 au 31 juillet 2022. Points positifs: - Chambre spacieuse - Bien située - Tranquille - Service aux chambres Points négatifs: - Air climatisé non fonctionnel (nous avions la chambre numéro 4). Après avoir informé la dame de chambre et la propriétaire, rien n'a été fait pendant notre séjour pour rectifier le tout, et aucun dédommagement n'a été offert. Il faut préciser que lors de notre séjour, c'était la canicule (38 degrés celcius tous les jours). - Aucune réception - Paiement par transfert bancaire - Communications difficiles - Bien qu'il y ait une taxe de séjour à Venise pour chaque voyageur pour chaque nuit, la manière que cette taxe est perçue à cette établissement laisse sous entendre autre chose... Nous avons réservé notre séjour avec ********* et via cette plateforme, il était mentionné que tous les frais étaient inclus dans le montant total. De plus, mon guide touristique à jour, ne mentaionnait pas cette taxe. Et après m'être informé, il est mentionné que cette taxe doit être affichée clairement dans l'établissement, ce qui n'était pas le cas. - Lors du petit déjeuner, quelqu'un est présent pour rappeller qu'il faut payer la taxe. Ceci est un peu désagréable. Nous pensons que cette perception devrait être faite par la propriétaire et non par son employé, lors du paiement de la chambre. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous attribuons la note de 2 étoiles.
