Pulling up to Palazzetto My Venice on our boat taxi was like a dream. The hotel staff, Karena and Valentina, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Once we arrived at the hotel, we checked into our gorgeous room! There was a bottle of champagne and plate of fruit waiting for us. Our room was a nice size with a beautiful comfortable bed, a large bathtub and a large shower. Every morning we went downstairs for a delicious breakfast on the hotel courtyard. Staying in the Dorsoduro neighborhood was such a nice location. We were able to get away from the numerous crowds and enjoy a charming area of Venice.

This is a fabulous boutique hotel, an oasis of calm in a bustling, vibrant Venice. Valentina provided such a warm welcome and her enthusiasm for the hotel was infectious, whilst Corina was on hand with her excellent local knowledge to guide us through our trip. The hotel itself is conveniently located for wandering the city and the rooms are beautiful and well appointed. And don’t miss the restaurant - superb food and a friendly, passionate team really making this an excellent dining experience!

Invitati da amici abbiamo cenato all’ interno del ristorante dell’hotel: una chicca piccola e così deliziosa che rimane nel cuore. Non ben visibile dall esterno ma appena si entra tutto si trasforma: ambienti ristrutturati con classe, due piccole sale con personale vestito di verde, come l ambiente, tutto marchiato my venice… che classe! Bicchieri in vetro di Murano, tutti diversi ma rivisitati rispetto ai classici fatti con murrine…. Locale sofisticato ma non ci si sente fuori luogo anche da persone semplici. Cibo ottimo, menu non vasto ma giustamente essendo tutto fatto con materie prime fresche lavorate dallo chef nella cucina a vista dalla sala. Entree offerta e anche un ultima coccola finale con cioccolatino al cioccolato salato. Prezzi non economici ma giustificati rispetto al servizio: quando l esperienza è ottima si è disposti a spendere qualcosa in più! Abbiamo visitato anche il primo piano con junior suite.. ambiente moderno ma in stile veneziano dove serve, per creare un armonia che fa star bene. Arrivo anche via acqua dal canale e giardino interno che , dato il freddo, abbiamo solo ammirato dalle vetrate. Andrea, immagino general manager dell hotel: persona a modo, discreto e nn invadente, come anche il servizio in sala. Complimenti!!! Venezia è unica ma a volte il servizio troppo turistico, per la massa. Beh, questo boutique hotel è proprio l inverso! Sarà un successo!

Esperienza super! Ambiente curato e chic, personale disponibile e professionale . Consiglio vivamente il ristorante . Cantina all’altezza A due passi da San Marco , posizione strategica . Possibile arrivare anche il taxi se la Marea lo consente .
