Very calm interior Switches avail for DND & Clean room Front office and Housekeeping Staffs were helped well. Buffet breakfast services were good. Tastes good, several south indian Menus.

It was great overall but it was not as expected as like a three star or 5 star hotel but it's nice to say that in the environment is pretty good and its near to all airports and railway stations

Property was nice but service was slow. Staff is slow and not responding properly. North indian food test is average.

The stay was pleasant, the breakfast was good. Being north indian i always have faced issues in relation to foods in vellore, but this hotel served foods as per my taste buds. The room allotted was sufficiently spaced, but there is immediate requirement of deep cleaning as well as renovation to get the status of luxury hotel.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Ample parking space. Room service was quite slow. Breakfast had very limited options. There is a separate veg restaurant in the hotel's premises. Overall had a comfortable stay.

It, s a horrible experience staying in this property. Foods are worst, very poor room service and room condition is ok.

Very mean services by not so friendly staff. The basic things like toiletry, towel, coffee table etc were poorly refilled after repeated asking. Complementary breakfast was average The room key has to be recharged everyday at front desk or you will be surprising see to find the key not working after you reach the room past noon. Have to wait until they bring my a new one. Room service was very poor. The tea and coffee ordered were nearly cold when they arrive. Parking is an issue everyday again by not so friendly security staff The pluses are location at good area with nearby restaurants and clean rooms.
