Great people, friendly and helpful staff.
It was a little far from the trail station but still walkable and far enough away from traffic that we had a very peaceful sleep. Reception desk should be open earlier and stay open later. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at arrival were not very welcoming and also denied us a room stating we didn't have a booking although we had with Trip.com

They have to notify for any policies they have diffirent than other regular hotels. I recommend to accept the guest any time in during the nights.

L accueil de certaine de demoiselles est vraiment à revoir en plus Arrogance d une certaine Elody, ou Melody qui me dis et bien oui mettez un commentaire sur moi, donc c est ce que je fais. quand on es es a l accueil le mot veut tout dire vous devez savoir accueillir. Vous savez que les clients mystères sa existe aussi?!
2eme choses il est inscrit arrivée de 15h à 17h j ai dû attendre avec mes enfants dans le hall pendant 1 h alor que je suis arriver à 16h et car ma chambre n etai pas prête .
Par contre la femme de ménage est superbe rien à dire

J'ai beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Nemea Velizy. C'était un séjour en famille (moi, ma femme et notre fille de 3 ans). Le processus d'enregistrement a été rapide et efficace, l'appartement était propre et fonctionnel, nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il y avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires.

Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !
