Nice view over valley and millstream. Good size room (27). Outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Lovely friendly staff dinner once. Main courses great (chicken with comte) but starters a bit disappointing. Overall very pleasant 3 night stay close to lakes and baumes les messieurs.

we were very wellcome, friendly service, very clean place next to the watermill. The sound of the water is really nice when you walk or sit around. Thow the rooms are well isolated so you sleep well at night. Rooms are well decorated, neat and the beds are good. We felt very wellcome and you can also eat in the restaurant. Family owned hotel

A really great place to stay in the Jura / Comte. We stayed for three nights. The hotel made a good base to explore the region. A couple of tips. The town of poligny is about a 20 minute walk and can be reached along an easy path from the hotel (away from the main road). We did this on two evenings and walked back after dinner. Dinner at the hotel was very good though if you are tired after a long day (we did this on one of the evenings). If you have an EV - the owners told me they are considering getting a charger installed. However they were happy for me to plug in using my granny charger. Outdoor pool was not open (I think because it is still too cold in April) but the indoor pool was nice for a quick dip.

This is a really great small hotel off the road 1km from Poligny. The couple who own and run it have created a beautiful, friendly place with excellent food ( a short menu with daily specials). Rooms are comfortable and there is a nice pool and gardens to sit in. We spent a terrific week here and would heartily recommend. There are a lot of steps as the hotel is on several levels, might be an issue for those who are less mobile.

séjour très agréable dans un hôtel très confortable et silencieux. le cadre est reposant et le personnel souriant ...petit déjeuner complet avec beurre maison !!!! le seul bémol le restaurant ne correspond pas à un 3 étoiles : carte trop courte et menu simple..la salle de restaurant est claire et moderne.

Kleine kamer, veel trappen en moeilijk met bagage, geen gezellige restaurant en parkeren is een probleem. Komen hier niet meer terug. Dubbel betaling; alles voldaan via *********** en dan nogmaals moeten betalen. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel (de la bien nommée) vallée heureuse. Les propriétaires sont charmants ! L'hôtel est propre et bien tenu, situé dans un cadre verdoyant et ressourçant - notre chambre était bien agencée et très agréable. Nous conseillons la 1/2 pension avec des menus variés et très gouteux, accompagnés des vins du Jura bien conseillés. (la proximité de la nationale ne nous a pas bcp dérangés). Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Chambres propres, accueil sympathique au premier abord. Salle agreable mais un peu froid. On a garde nos vestes pour boire un verre. Dommage que la cheminée n edt pas utilisée. Le petit dejeuner rrait bon, le repas du soir decevant. Un trois etoiles doit servir un vrai repas et pas des formules de brasserie.
