Not the best. Staff quite rude, and unhelpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location too , but I think if the staff remembered that we are on holiday and there to relax and enjoy it would be helpful.

A lovely, small and friendly hotel in a bustling French village approximately an hour away from Paris. The rooms are compact and basic but are clean and warm. The beds are comfy and there are tea and coffee making facilities along with an extra blanket if needed. The breakfast is varied, fresh bread and pastries on a daily basis and the breakfast room has plenty of seats/tables and is clean and well laid out. There is a small bar with cosy seating areas around the bar. The hotel manager is friendly and welcoming. There are lots of shops located close to the hotel selling everything from books, clothes, wine and some amazing Patisseries with the most beautiful cakes, breads and pasties. The area is lovely, very clean, there is a church and a pond and a fountain, perfect for an evening stroll. I had a lovely long weekend stay and would definitely return.

Small hotel in nice small town 55 min from Paris. Our room 14 would have been nice except for the terrible drain/ sewerage smell ! That bad it made me want to vomit ! Had to run water in sink and shower to alleviate it.The shower was the main culprit. It was at its worst first thing in morning and in evening when we returned. The toilet brush was brown and disgusting! Would cost a couple of euros to replace! Besides the terrible smell the room was quite nice,very comfy bed and pillows.Breakfast was nice but chaotic with lack of plates and cutlery. Town interesting with many nice restaurants and House where Napoleon and Josephine lived which you can visit.She is buried in the church in town.

We were part of a coach party stating at this hotel. The two young members of staff did not speak English. They had two big coach parties staying in one weekend First day 7am No bread very little food for a group of 30 people 2nd day 8am Breakfast ran out of food by 8.15 because both coach parties were eating as same time staff hid out of site unable to cope if you complain they just smile and hid away.

Our coach party , in Paris for the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe , stayed in this hotel for three nights . The room was fine for an overnight stay but rather basically furnished , for example only one dining type chair . However the beds were comfortable and clean , and the room was quiet .Breakfast was good with plenty of choice . My friend particularly liked the cook your your own eggs gadget . Reception was friendly and efficient . The bathroom and shower were fine but housekeeping left a lot to be desired . We only had towels for one person and requests for more went unheeded . Just as well my friend always brings her own , in case of emergencies !

A fuir… Personnel qui vous force à payer à l’arrivée, mais qui ne peut pas vous remettre de facture, veut limite en venir aux mains lorsque l’on lui signale que ces pratiques sont lunaires (ne comprends pas ce mot apparement). Si vous avez d’autre me choix alors n’hésitez pas car c’est un véritable scandale

J’ai eu 2 expériences dans cet hôtel : une nuit au mois de mai avec mon conjoint lors de laquelle nous avons été très satisfaits de l’accueil et de la chambre (confort et propreté). Notre deuxième expérience est une nuitée réservée en août que j’ai dû annuler et suite à laquelle il y a eu un couac de compréhension avec la Direction. Pour autant, la Direction a fait le nécessaire pour nous donner satisfaction. Ce type de retour est suffisamment rare pour être souligné. Bravo et merci

C’est là première fois que je donne une note aussi basse. Et pour cause: dès l’ouverture de la porte de la chambre, une odeur d’égout vous chatouille les narines. Direction la salle de bains et vous en découvrez immédiatement l’origine: l’évier. Celui-ci est complètement bouché: dès l’ouverture du robinet, l’eau ne s’écoule pas et l’évier se remplit direct. Je tente alors de le fermer via le bouchon clic-clac afin de tenter de limiter le dégagement de cette odeur. Mais c’est impossible, cet évier est tellement bouché que ce bouchon ne peut pas être activé, c’est pour dire. Pour le coup, vous comprenez que ce n’est pas d’hier qu’il est bouché. De plus la personne qui fait le ménage ne peut que s’en apercevoir, puisque dès l’ouverture du robinet l’eau ne s’écoule pas. Alors forcément vous le signalez gentiment le soir et vous le rappelez le lendemain matin, en insistant sur l’odeur nauséabonde. En rentrant le soir vous vous dites que ça va être réglé, un peu de Destop qui va bien et c’est réglé. Et bien non. Rien n’a été fait. Donc le prochain client fera le même constat que moi, que mon prédécesseur etc. Je suis désolé mais je constate que cet hôtel ne prend pas en compte les demandes légitimes de ses clients, je considère même qu’ici on se moque du client parce qu’on ne me fera pas croire que je suis le premier client à signaler ce problème, qui est en plus simple à résoudre. La note de 2 vaut pour le petit dej de qualité et pour le couchage de bonne facture.
