Great location, close to everything, excellent service. Breakfast is very good. The staff is nice and helpful. Since the place is in the center, the entire city celebration and decibels are easily heard, but they last until 23:30 at the most. Only one annoying thing was that the night life lovers shout loudly at night. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the quality does not suffer much from this.

這個酒店很不錯，離海邊很近！景色十分漂亮，一共15層，我住在13樓，能看到很好的風景。 設施齊全，衞生乾淨，早餐在頂層，早餐很豐富。

Каждый год вот уже 8 лет останавливаемся в этом отеле с супругом, на 2-3 ночи. Отель имеет шикарное месторасположение, шикарные виды из номеров, отличные завтраки. Но в этот раз в номере присутствовал запах канализации. Было мало шампуня, нет ни кондиционера для волос, ни щетки с пастой (хотя это было заявлено здесь на сайте). Для отеля 4* можно было бы и позаботиться о качестве средств гигиены.

outside it looked like there is no air inside the building triend a drink tasted awful, beds hardended no pilows [idk how] and and cheap chinese tvs in the hotel no food and moral of the story: just please please dont go you will regret it please dont

Rude reception staff - as in couldn’t have been less helpful, passive aggressive or arrogant. Room - awful, dirty. View / balcony - awful Construction noise was constant The whole place just felt dodgy, especially the roof top bar. Feeling there is unsafe,

Great location,very central and convinient.Room was clean and well serviced,staff helpful when required and needed.Breakfast was ok,but did expect more,can improve. Reception area is under renovation,on completion am sure first impressions would be much improved.Overall good value for money,and would stay here again.

My favorite place in Varna! Comfortable rooms,amazing food and an unbelievable view. Perfect service. Parking is a little bit expensive,and you have to make a reservation for it,but it’s better then blue zone for your car. It coast only 8€ by taxi to go to the airport. The location is excellent. The restaurant is really good and not so expensive. THE VIEW!!!

Location: in the central pedestrian area. Less than 10mins walk to the beach. Checkin and checkout were fast. Reception speaks EN. Room: twin beds which you can bring together. King beds also available but not in all rooms. Mini bar available. Toiletries available (nice ones) and hair dryer. A/C available. Breakfast: international, varied. For sure you can find something you'd like. Served on the top floor (nice view). Ground area was in rennovation.

It is probably best hotel to stay in Varna, we will definitely comeback another time.

The location is absolutely great.all rooms have a balcony,which is a big plus.The view is just beautiful. Staff is really helpful.
