I spent two weeks here. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make this a wonderful holiday. Gorgeous breakfast with plenty of choice. Pools were very clean and plenty of sunbeds. Simple snacks available at small cafe by the pools. Excellent location as a ten minute walk along the lake to the ferry at Cizano or 20 minute walk to Bardolino. Supermarket close by. Two beautiful restaurants very nearby were L’Unico, and family run Piccolo Doge, which I would highly recommend! The Piccolo Doge is 10 minutes walk and is on the lakeside where you can see the beautiful sunsets. All in all an amazing hotel in a beautiful location.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff can’t do enough for you. Free taxi into Bardolino is a great touch. The food was great. The spa is amazing, especially when it rained… The only downside is the bar. Table service is extremely slow. More staff required. All in all we would definitely go back.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! We truly had the most wonderful experience, everything about the hotel was first class. The service and facilities were incredible. A special mention to Carla, Sara & Danilo who really went above and beyond! The food was delicious and so was the wine! Just a short walk from the lake and a lovely stroll to Bardolino. The spa facilities were truly amazing too! We cannot wait to come back and stay at the hotel again.

We booked this through TUI as we wanted a relaxing stress free holiday and that’s exactly what we got. We arrived and were greeted by warm friendly staff who checked us in and we went straight to our room. Our room overlooked the swimming pool and was clean, spacious and excellently located. The breakfast at this hotel was one of the best we’ve had! The choice, the presentation and the quality were faultless. There were a choice of swimming pools which were to a high standard and clean and acqua aerobics 3 times a week by a very funny and motivating instructor! The spa faculties were fantastic too. The outside pools had a conveniently located bar which refreshments were available to be purchased throughout the day. All the staff here were welcoming but especially Elena! At dinner time there was an antipasto buffet which again was excellent and the menu for primo and secondo changed daily. All staff again were very attentive but especially Lara who we had a few times. My birthday fell a few days into the holiday and I was surprised to find birthday balloons in my room and at dinner they made it extra specially. The holiday was one of the best we’ve had. The hotel impressive and all staff very welcoming and helpful. Room cleaned everyday and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Excellent choice of hotel with all comfort and amenities you could need. Staff all very helpful. Excellent breakfast. They even made a little fuss to mark my birthday. Don’t be put off by the walk to Bardolino it is 20 mins max and even when hot it’s very pleasant along a lakeside path. Don’t underestimate how torrential the thunderstorms can be!!

Had a fabulous stay in early/mid July, in one of the hotels very comfortable one bedroom suites. The hotel is not too large and well located near the lake, with beautiful grounds, lots of pools and a lovely spa. But it’s the food and the staff that make this hotel so good. The staff looked after us superbly and were fantastic with our 2yr old daughter. The food was excellent, both at breakfast time and for dinner. Simple choices at dinner, but cooked to perfection, with an excellent choice of wines (lots of local ones too) to accompany. We were a little worried that the slightly later start time of 7pm for dinner would cause some challenges for our daughter, but the service was so efficient and friendly, we shouldn’t have worried. Would absolutely visit again. In fact our daughter is demanding it!

We have just returned from a seven night half board stay at the Hotel. As vegetarians, we are often hesitant when travelling in Europe but the hotel superbly catered to our dietary requirements. Breakfast is a standard continental experience whilst there was always one vegetarian option for the first and second courses at dinner. The staff and the chef were however prepared to cook something separate (going off menu) or adapting dishes to our needs which was fantastic. In particular, the kitchen specifically prepared at least 1 or 2 vegetarian friendly desserts each evening which went down well with our two children. Particular thanks have to be given to Lara and the chef with mentions also to Davide, Lorenzo and Pavel. The maitre'd, Giorgio was also extremely helpful. The pool facilities are fantastic with a number of outdoor pools in addition to a very nice indoor pool. Lastly, we must thank, Eleonora in reception for her patience, guidance and most importantly, her friendly nature and warmth. She was always happy to answer our numerous questions with a smile always on her face. (Room 420)

Stayed here for few nights in July. Hotel is really nice decor pool sauna and beauty parlor. Got a facial is was fantastic. One big problem we did have was the food was cold for each meal we had during our stay. Hotel classed as 4 star more like a 3 * Pity about the restaurant otherwise lovely hotel.

Great staff, comfy bed's and large living space. Amazing view from balcony over pool, gardens, and lake. The pools are excellent. Great size and the various jacuzzi features around it are a real treat. Location is perfect for access to Cisano and Bardolino with a good choice of restaurants and bars. I found the hotel food to be quite poor, though we did only eat breakfast and one room service. No one answered a room service request while trying for 2 hours. Ended up going to the restaurant to make the request. Drinks are expensive, and during the day, you can only get what's on offer from the pool bar and not a full choice. Parking on site is free and secure.
