這個酒店在科莫湖的邊上，是索倫託小鎮的中心位置，是一幢古老的別墅，走幾步就是小鎮中心教堂和鐘樓。
小鎮不大，但是非常漂亮，臨科莫湖而建，旁邊有個山，山上還有個城堡，整個小鎮逛一圈要半天時間，登上城堡可以俯瞰科莫湖風光。
環境：環境真的超美，開窗就是科莫湖，出門左轉就是小鎮中心位置，吃飯很方便。
衞生：衞生間條件不錯，有淋浴房，地磚很有藝術感，床品不錯，床超級大。
設施：古堡上面的房間，是個閣樓，樓下是餐廳，早晨服務員準備早餐有點吵，設施相對陳舊些，隔音效果一般。

We did not stay at the hotel, but we visited the botanical Gardens. They are amazing. I do not recommend visiting Villa.Monastero gardens…. they are less than impressive when compared to.Villa Cipressi gardens. This most recent visit was in August, so there was less blooming than a previous visit, which was in July. There are plenty of places to get some shade from the sun, but be prepared with sunscreen and something to drink during your visit.

Beware. Do NOT have a wedding here. Horrific service. We rented the entire property and it was still beyond problematic. Claudia in the events department is an absolute nightmare to have to work with. They do not pay attention to detail or follow anything that is within their contract. The tour they give you to try and entice you to have your wedding there is full of smoke and mirrors. It was beyond disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. When you approach them, they are defensive and yell at you, as if you are in the wrong. Again, DO NOT HAVE AN IMPORTANT EVENT HERE.

We stayed as part of a wedding party and the venue is simply stunning. The staff were friendly, hard working and professional, and the wedding magical with simply stunning views. So 5/5 if you are part of the wedding party. However, if you are not, I would not stay here unless there was no wedding taking place. I say that because if there is a wedding, most of the hotel will be out of bounds. You will be unable to sit on the terraces overlooking the lake and will have no access to the bar or to any food (apart from breakfast). To pay what they charge (which is far from cheap) and to then to have to put up with this is not in my view fair or acceptable. To be fair to the hotel, their sister hotel is next door (the Royal Victoria) and you can use their facilities. However, I suspect most people stay at the Villa having looked at the beautiful photographs on their website. Just be careful, as you may not have access to those areas or facilities.

Literally just... DON'T. If this was my only experience in Lake Como it would have ruined it completely for me. Trust the reviews. They wont lead you astray. I might as well have been part of the wedding for as loud as the music was in our room. If you're staying as a wedding guest, I am sure you get excellent service. Its not a 4 Star Hotel. I truly think it might be the worst Hotel I've ever stayed at service wise. The complete disregard for the inconvenience is next level. A word of advice to management: make the wedding party rent the entire facility. Dont have 3-5 unsuspecting vacationers be an unwilling participant in a wedding they didn't come for.

Yikes! No Bueno! Our friends highly recommended this hotel and we didn’t read the very bad reviews about it being a major wedding venue. Two of the three nights they had weddings that take over the entire hotel with music that blasts until 11pm. Then the drunk wedding revelers take over and were loud until the wee hours of the morning. The gardens are beautiful but the $600 “lakeview room” felt more like a $200 room at a Motel 6. They forgot to clean our room one day. The night my wife complained to the front desk about noise levels, they didn’t bother to even look up and into her eyes but just shrugged their shoulders…That’s poor customer service. Another employee we talked to said, “We just hate these weddings!” What we thought was a classy hotel quickly turned into a low class, poorly run wedding venue. Extremely disappointing. A number of non-wedding guests at breakfast were questioning the integrity of the management of this hotel. Jaime

This was the perfect way to start our trip in Italy, the staff is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. We would definitely return.

This is a lovely property with a very helpful and gracious staff. The breakfast was also extraordinary, as were the Botanical Gardens.

If you are thinking about staying in Lake Como then you’ll want to stay in Varenna (Bellagio is touristy and crowded).
Villa Cipressi is lovely. Absolutely wonderful hotel inside and out. The gardens are exquisite, the location is perfect, and the hotel itself is fantastic. Great rooms and facilities but even better staff. Everyone there is great and they go out of their way to assist if needed.
Can’t recommend this place enough. Don’t overthink, just book it
