Our house Monika is located in a very quiet location with no through traffic.
The 75 m² terraced house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
1 time with double bed.
1 time with 2 single beds.
On the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a washing machine.
A separate guest toilet is located on the ground floor.
In the fully equipped kitchen with various electrical appliances you can cook to your heart's content.
Our large living room with dining area and underfloor heating is comfortably furnished.
From the living room you enter a small enclosed garden with terrace and inviting garden furniture.
The house is equipped with satellite and Smart TV, stereo, USB, DVD player, telephone and Wi-Fi.
In all rooms are childproof sockets.
There are various games, books for children and adults.
A high chair and travel cot is available.
Our house is just 3 minutes walk from a nice playground.
Center, beach, spa, sea water spring and restaurant's are within a few minutes walk.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Ich war zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung. Und wieder kann ich sagen: Ich habe mich sehr, sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Kleine Änderungen, die im Laufe der Buchung auftreten, lassen sich unproblematisch ändern und ergänzen. Das macht Service aus. Urlauber, was willst du mehr? Ich kann die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Ich komme sehr, sehr gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit vielen Spielangebote für Kinder
Wir sind absolut zufrieden mit der Ferienunterkunft. Das Ferienhaus bot alles was man brauchte (außer einer Spülmaschine, dafür mit Waschmaschine) und darüber hinaus waren super viele Spielsachen für Kinder vor Ort. Bücher (schon älter), Stifte, Kassetten, Lego, ein Spielteppich, Gesellschaftsspiele … zusätzlich war ein kinderhochstuhl und ein Babybett vorhanden, das I-Tüpfelchen wäre ein Treppenschutzgitter gewesen.
Die Anreise war ohne Probleme, das Haus und das Carport haben wir direkt gefunden, einzig das Abholen vom Schlüssel war etwas Unglücklich, da die angegebene Adresse doch etwas weiter weg (6kilomenter) als erwartet war. Es macht tatsächlich mehr Sinn, wie beschrieben, den Schlüssel bereits auf dem Weg abzuholen.
Das Haus ist ideal gelegen
Zu großen Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und auch zum Strand am Hafen (etwas ruhiger und schöner) ist es nur ein kurzes Stück zu Fuß.
Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen und hatten eine schöne Zeit
