“Our stay at Zuri was below average, and we expected much better given the price we paid (₹20,000 per night). Here’s a detailed breakdown of our experience: 1. Mini Bar Mismanagement: The staff didn’t properly check the mini-bar before our checkout. We received a call accusing us of consuming a chocolate bar, which was quite disappointing. For such a premium rate, this lack of professionalism and attention to detail is unacceptable. Staff training is a must. 2. Check-out Hassles: The check-out process was frustrating. They started calling us 24 hours prior, and we received 6-7 calls asking about checkout timing. With a one-year-old baby, this constant disturbance was very inconvenient. A resort of this caliber should handle checkout processes more efficiently and respectfully. 3. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast was below average. The sambhar was particularly disappointing—it tasted terrible and felt like no effort was made in its preparation. 4. Service Discrimination: The staff near the swimming pool seemed to prioritize foreign guests over Indian guests, which was disheartening. Being treated like this in our own country is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the resort. Equal treatment for all guests should be a priority. 5. Valet Parking: The valet parking service was subpar and needs significant improvement. 6. Property Condition: The property feels old and outdated, which doesn’t match the premium pricing. 7. Location: The only positive aspect of the resort is its beachfront location, which is undeniably beautiful. 8. Finn’s Bar: The service at Finn’s Bar was good and stood out compared to the rest of the resort. Overall, this resort is far from family-friendly. With better options available at this price point, I would recommend staying elsewhere. There’s a lot of room for improvement in service, facilities, and overall experience.”

Nice hotel, all staff pleasant and helpful. Both pools are great, the guys at the swim up bar deserve a mention for creating the best cocktails and Prakash was a star keeping the pool area clean and helping me to move my sun bed into the sun! The grounds are immaculate, it’s a lovely walk down to the beach. Fins bar is ideal for a drink watching the sun go down, all drink prices are reasonable. Massage treatments at the spa are exceptional, total bliss. Room is a great size though like many of the inside areas is a little tired and could do with a bit more character. Restaurants good though not as much choice as would expect for a hotel of this size. I was surprised not to see more variety of traditional Goan dishes. The Waterfall restaurant is very noisy, didn’t make for a great ambience for the evening meal, though I did enjoy the evening they served outside and had local dancers. Noise was also a concern when in room at night. Walls are like paper so I could hear everything for room next door and the part covered walkways means noise travels, I was woken early a couple of mornings from the noise of young children running up and down. Overall a good stay, 4 nights was enough and helped me get my mojo back, thank you.

Overall stay was comfortable. Staff is very polite and the pool and breakfast is too good. Pool and bar are amazing. Easy access to beach. There are many gardens to walk around. Casino is newly renovated and better compared to other hotel casino in Goa. Overall a must stay in the property.

Wonderful family and friends holiday in a beautiful beach resort. Tranquil and no nonsense. Great pool and private beach. Fantastic service and professional staff. Highly recommend for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle. Casino and restaurant have multiple options for the evenings.

Beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Amazing beach and sunsets. Brilliant choice of food and drinks. There are dogs on the beach but not a problem to guests. I found a couple very friendly. We ventured out in the taxis which were a reasonable price and enjoyed the town

Amazing property with lush green lawn, clean and warm swimming pool, ***** with minute walk to beach . Had some difficulty first day in the room but then Mr Arnav helped us and upgraded us to a deluxe room. He also organised a small surprise for our anniversary with room decorated with cake. Overall good hospitality, warm and helping staff. Had a wonderful time here.
