Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff especially Umesh ***ager & Sandeep Restaurant Captain with our breakfast & Dinner,All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with a group of 27 and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the three weeks we were in Varanasi India

The hotel is located at a very good place a very posh area. Easy to reach, having a hygiene and neat ambiance. Specially restaurant area is very good. we had a great service experience by the staff & there behaviour is very much impressive with Mr. Umesh & team.

The hotel is well placed and extremely comfortable. The service in the hotel is excellent with extremely helpful staff. I had pleasure of enjoying a meal in their restaurant Tree of life and was delighted by the service I received from all staff the extremely hospitable service . Front desk staff superb. I look forward to my next visit.

Ate at the restaurant and was very pleased and happy with the food and service. The food was very tasty and fresh with a big variety of options and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Thank you so much Umesh and Kp and Jiitendra for all the wonderful hospitality and warm smiles!! 🙏

Umesh and team are awesome, everyting perfect. The service was on time and they were really carefull. The food is good and the place was reliable, I feel safe. All the people that work in hotel is respectful and lovely, I hope I will back soon..

Hotel is in good location of Varanasi. The rooms were not fully cleaned (dusty) and the fridge (which didn't fit in the space it was placed) was very noisy. ***** with the noise prevalent from the other rooms. The staff were wonderful and the food in the bar and restaurant was very good.

Everything was perfect, the service at the restaurant was great and the food was excellent. They have a lot of different choices, from pasta to Indian food. There’s no buffet, so you just have to order a la carte. We stayed at the hotel and the room was good.
