Om Vilas Benares, Varanasi

We recently stayed at Om Villas Benaras as a group of eight members for 2 days in July 2024. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well by the reception team, including Ritika, Abhishek, Vishal, and Vivek. A special mention goes to the pandit who welcomed us with a tika and rudraksha, adding a pleasant traditional touch to our arrival. The support staff took us on a beautiful buggy ride to our luxurious tent house. Though we missed some names, their assistance was much appreciated. The cleaning staff, including Jitendra, Kanno, Jiyia, and Kamlesh Kumar, did an excellent job in maintaining the facility, ensuring it was always spotless and comfortable. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and we enjoyed three buffet meals during our stay. The food quality was outstanding, earning a 5-star rating. The staff service and ambience also impressed us, each deserving a solid 4-star rating. We are particularly grateful to Mr. Ajay Yadav, the manager, who took special care to ensure our stay was memorable. Additional thanks to Ajay, Shivam, and Omprakash for their exceptional service. Overall, our experience at Om Villas Benaras was delightful, thanks to the entire team's efforts. It's impossible to mention everyone by name, but please know that your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. We are grateful for the wonderful hospitality and look forward to visiting again. The hospitality was exceptional, with Ramesh and his team being extremely courteous. The food and ambience were both excellent. We visited for the freshly brewed beers, which lived up to their description. It would have been great to see a hoppier pale ale and a stout on the menu, but that might be asking too much. Bringing fresh beer to Banaras is already a significant achievement. The only downside is the location, which is a bit remote. You can’t rely on Ola or Uber for transportation.

The best resort in Varanasi for family, friends and couples. Stayed in Super luxurious cottages for 2 nights ***** with whole family in September 2024. Stay was very pleasant. The good things about the resort are Location (away from the hustle and bustle of the city), Rooms and Amenities. The bad part is the food which needs lot of improvement. The staff in the restaurant need a rigorous training on how to behave with the customers. They are poor in communication and lack in etiquette. Breakfast spread is very limited. The front office staff was very cordial, courteous and attentive. Overall a pleasant experience except for the food and inept restaurant staff.

The rooms and other amenities in the resort were good. But the food and service in the restaurant should be improved. The waiters are very slow and forgetful. They get stuff after repeating the order multiple times. Other than this, the stay was quite relaxing.

The stay was amazing I would really recommend my friends to come aand visited this place I had a great time coming here and had an amazing vibe and food what a stay it was I would really like to visit again with my family and Friends. Have a great time do visit here.

There was no hair dryer, quality of food can be improved, geyser and exhaust was not working, rest room was clean, service was good, place looked really beautiful in night, overall it is an experience which everyone should have once in their life

Our stay here was amazing,my child enjoyed the most. Swimming pool,gym area, food were superb .we book our spa here which was a total relaxing experience. I wish our stay would bit longer. I recommend this resort in Varanasi to all👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Service is good and food beverage item is very delicious. Garden is very good condition and all staff behaviour is very good. All staff very well helpful . The restaurant of machaan is very cold and all staff behaviour is very good and always helpful.

Visited the place for 50th anniversary of my friends parents. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff and management are very courteous as well as extremely helpful. Food at the restaurant is amazing - very accommodating team. Well done and please keep the good work going.
