I stayed there with my family and our stay was very comfortable . and we really like our stay . Hotel Staff were very polite Specially Mr. Ratnesh Sing who always take care of the guest and make sure that stay is comfortable and also can suggest how you can plan your trip , he really helped us . hotel food was really nice , cleanness was up to mark.overall excellent and comfortable stay , Highly Recommended.

Stayed in this motel for about 3 days 2 nights and the stay was splendid. Met my close relatives as surprise for 2 days. And what to mention the food was awesome(choley puri). While mild sound musics playing on. Professional behaviour of staffs were not compromised. Neat and clean maintenance of the surroundings. And the Tridev temple(attached) next to the motel was so beautiful that you can spend 2 hrs soothing yourself. The streets are so so busy(as apna rasta hai). Only thing is they didn’t change the room as I requested, but no regrets. And no view from the room. Total points:9/10(Ratnesh Singh deserves applauded).

The stay at hotel was great. Really nice place. Great service. I had booked the hotel for a wedding. The rooms were spacious and clean. The behaviour of staff was really nice. The bathrooms are neat and clean.

We were there for 2 days from 1st to 3rd January and It was nice stay with them. Rooms were clean and food was good. They only need to improve their room service. We ordered water bottle and they took 2 hrs for same. Otherwise it's a awesome place to stay.

Very nice hotel room is neat and clean. We are check in late till 1 am. But staff is ready to better service.all amenities avalable in room. I want shaving kit. Staff provided. Restaurant service need a little bit improvement. Overall good hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Tridev Grand in Varanasi and I must say it is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. The location is excellent, situated just 1 kilometer from Assi Ghat in a prime area that is easily accessible by car. In spite of the hotel being in a prime area, still you do not hear and traffic noise/vehicle honking in the room and so can sleep peacefully. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service provided by Mr. Ratnesh, the ***ager of the hotel. As a solo female traveler, safety was my top priority and Mr. Ratnesh understood and catered to this concern. He went above and beyond to assist me in exploring Varanasi and made sure I had all the necessary support. The rooms at Hotel Tridev Grand are designed in such a way that even in the freezing month of December with temperatures at 7 degrees, you do not feel cold. The centralized water heating system ensures a comfortable stay and provides hot water 24 hours a day in the bathroom tap, shower, and washbasin. This level of convenience is unparalleled in my previous experiences at luxury hotels in Varanasi. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Ratnesh provided me with a room heater upon request, something that even 7-star hotels in Varanasi fail to provide during December. An extra blanket was also readily available if needed. The room itself was equipped with a wardrobe, cloth hangers, a good night liquidator, an electric tea kettle, and a big mirror. The cleanliness and quality of the linens, towels, and blankets were exceptional. The bathroom fittings were new and fully functional. The hotel also offers a functional elevator and parking and accommodation for drivers. The 24-hour help desk at Hotel Tridev Grand ensures that you always receive the best service. The housekeeping staff is courteous, and the restaurant chefs serve freshly made pure vegetarian food at reasonable prices. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff printed some documents for me at no extra cost and provided valuable guidance on places to visit and markets to shop from. During the last day of my stay, there was a technical issue with the centralized hot water system. However, to my surprise, Mr. Ratnesh immediately acted. He went to the market and purchased new buckets, mugs, and electric water heating rods to ensure I had hot water at 3 am for my bath and visit to the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Within 5 minutes of calling the reception, a clean and new bucket of hot water was delivered to my room. I was truly impressed with the level of service provided in such a prompt ***ner. It is clear that Hotel Tridev Grand is not simply focused on making money, but instead, Mr. Ratnesh's aim is to ensure that guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Hotel Tridev Grand in Varanasi and wish them the best of luck. My experience was nothing short of exceptio

Good atmosphere and enjoy the staying period. Water facility is good and hot water is also available. Current is fully available without interrupted. A/C and TV also good service. Reception is nice approach.
