All amenities and rooms are good and location is also very good, all staff excluding reception is very cooperative, beside this all electronic appliances whose are present in rooms need to be checked at daily basis, but is not going on.

The maintenance and house keeping is very poor. Service is ok but quality of food is not up to the standards

The hotel location is good. Staff is very good cooperative. Hotel building is very old but maintains very well. We have a problem in the bathroom regarding water not flowing correctly.

The cleanliness and maintenance were a big issue. There was a weird smell in the room too.

Staff is very polite and happy to help always. Overall good experience staying as the hotel is centrally located and nearby to temple, railways and roadways etc

My stay at hotel was not satisfactory. We booked three rooms of same category but all three rooms that we got are different in size and type. Secondly, washrooms are pathetic and room condition (for most of the rooms) was horrible. Don’t understand how it got three star rating. Food and restaurant was good but highly understaffed, the property is old and it is quite reflecting in the rooms with broken walls and furnishings

Services and behaviour of staffs are excellent. Location is not very close to temple and not too far for you to commute.

Experiwncw was nice. Ambiance is good, staffs and management are very hospitable. They should provide blower or room heater during winter
