Hotel the Royal Vista

Pros : 1. Calm neighborhood cons : 1. Zero communication with the customer w. R. T. Any services that were opted, clothes that were given for laundry were delayed while tat was 1 day washed clothes were smelling full of bleach and not washing powder 2. Hot water, they have limited/no supply of hot water, once that is exhausted you are on your own. They will conviently shift the blame towards some contractor 3. Luckily we didn't opted for breakfast/dinner/lunch

A very pleasant surprise down an Indian lane, including a bullock tethered over a fire for the smoke to medicate it. Our whole stay was extremely good. An ideal place for rest and reflection in this awe inspiring city. The hotel is clean and relatively quiet. Our room had everything we require, except a fridge. This meant we bought water from the hotel at 32 rupees. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We did have to ask for extra lavatory paper but that seems to be the case all over India. We brought our own supply. The food is very good . Plenty of choice and flavour. The lovely young *** in the restaurant offered me great advice when asked for a recommendation for a lightly spiced choice. Afghani chicken, it was a delight, unusual to my palate but I loved it. The main strength of this hotel is definitely the staff. They are all smiling, friendly and helpful. Very willing to help when needed, when everyone joins in. A special mention to lovely Ruby. Her main function in life seems to be to feed up tourists. We learnt about several Indian staples from her. My husband received some great recipe tips. Overall The Royal Vista is absolutely what was needed for a comfortable respite from our rather hectic schedule.

I visited varanasi for the first time n was not expecting such a good stay in such a good price. The hotel was good n the room was excellent. I can recommend you to visit.

Hotel and rooms are mess, smells and we booked super deluxe room but they provide basic room because all super deluxe room accopied.

The rooms itself were good, neat and clean but customer service was poor, very poor. We checked in late 3 am in the morning we were 3 kids extra and my kids eight year old twins were super tired from ling travel and they wanted to rest badly. I requested the front desk to allow kids to sleep for few hours and will settle the extra charges early morning next day but the front desk was not at all cooperative and i had book another room nearby. Again rooms were good but except to accommodate one off scenario if some one is checking just few hours before checkout. Done i dont mean to get discounts or add bad reivew i have stayed in worst of hotels but a smiling accomadating face will take care of bad stays. I dont need discounts, thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and overall great experience
