太舊了，雖然維護盡力了，但確實説不過去，水龍頭都快散架了也不換，空調聲音太大。自助餐太簡陋，魚也不新鮮，前台服務太差，説是換沙灘毛巾的卡要交回來，不是拿卡換毛巾留在服務處嗎？扣4美金! 使用房間裏的保險箱一天2美金，聽着都新鮮! VISA卡受制裁刷不過去，還不收現金! 太軸了，扔下幾個美金扭頭就走了，不會再來

First Time in the Veradero Peninsula, It was my first time in Varadero and I always thought that it was a small little town with a beautiful beach. This hotel was able to bring the expectations of Varadero to a higher level. The Hotel had one the best beach because it’s in the middle of the peninsula and you’re able to walk for miles to the north and miles to the south. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly. The customer care representative Jania was awesome. They made our stay one of best stays in this beautiful country. The entertainment was always on, at the pool and at the beach . The night shows were supreme. I am looking forward to my next possible time to make it to this hotel.

My wife and I returned to our 2nd home, The Tainos, for a 2 week vacation, Feb 11 - 25. This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful resort. We returned mostly to enjoy the beaches, the weather, the comfortable surroundings the resort is known for but mostly because of the loving and caring staff who are more like family. They never fail to provide a welcoming friendly atmosphere. Returning guests received a special dinner poolside of Lobster and all the fixings. Truly amazing. Our Bungalow accommodation with, Pool View was as usual very comfortable, well attended to by our maids Nellie and Eliem on a daily basis. Unfortunately an unexpected emergency occurred requiring my wife to be admitted to a Cuban Hospital in Matanzas, where she underwent surgery, requiring a 7 day stay in the hospital. This is where the Management and Staff of the Tainos really stepped up for us in our time of need. Taxi fare round trip to the hospital was $200.00. After the 1st day, Management of the hotel provided a car and driver for me to visit my wife daily, along with providing drinking water, juices snacks etc. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts. The good news is she is on the mend and we are back home in Canada. To the entire staff of the Tainos, we will be back, until then Hasta proximo ano.
