Excellent location, 5 minutes from the beach and the shops of the city center are within walking distance a few kms

The property was very clean and the location is really great. You're on the beach in no time. Also great that it has two fridges including a cooling compartment. The only negative points are the air conditioning, which moves the air but does not cool it.
