Hotel Hany Garden

Room was very clean and decent. Except drinking water, everything was available in the room. Hotel should provide mineral water at least one liter free of cost. This is a basic need of any customer.

We were in a group of 5 people-4 male and 1 female. We booked 2 rooms for the trip and had a split of 3-2 people. The manager at the reception immediately asked us to stay as 1 male and 1 female in one room and the other three in the other room. When we refused and said we'd decide for ourselves how we'd split up they pressured us to give an answer and accept their choice. After our dinner the receptionist (a different one than before) asked us again about where we'd sleep and said don't get too loud after 12:00. They had the audacity to send a staff member up to "check" in on us and ask us to leave to our rooms. When we refused, the receptionist called me and essentially shouted at me to go back to our rooms. They even said they wouldn't say anything if it was a group of just guys. They very clearly stated the issue was that we had a female in our group. The worst experience i've had at a hotel till date and i'd recommend that no one picks this as their spot to stay lest they'd be fine with dealing with the pathetic, vile and ill-mannered staff. The only redeeming quality is that the food was great.

Employees are not cooperative. We are four people. Two adults and two childrens but only two bad is provided. They are asking for extra rate for extra beds.

I stayed here for a weekend and found the staff very supportive and courteous.

room ac was not working properly.lot of water coming out of ac unit.they did not provide us mug to have tea...they gave us paper cups!!!there was no hot water coming..shower was not working at all.over all it was a pathetically bad choice

If a lift in hotel would be great. Food quality and staff is good and supportive. Nice parking are. Immediate support from staff members.

We were given room on the second floor. No lifts in the hotel, so climbing is only option. Hotel rooms are average.

Clean room & washroom, good service, good food and economical. Only thing is the hotel deal doesnt come with the breakfast. We liked it!
