Tôi phải nhận phòng khoảng 2 giờ sáng, nhân viên rất tốt bụng và chào đón và thậm chí còn cho tôi trả phòng muộn. Căn phòng đặc biệt sạch sẽ. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở lại đây một lần nữa!

The hotel is quite clean and location is convenient. However, there’s deposit required and take a long time to refund the deposit. Overall, we have a nice stay and good vacation.

Fantastic hotel! Bed was comfy! And hotel was in great location! Proximity to Burrand metro station and Robson Street for shopping were all very handy. Walkable to Gastown and Chinatown too!

Excellent location, at Burred station, waterfront line skytrain. Our room was upgraded to Balcony room. Not sure if good or not because first morning awoke by crow calling. 2nd morning awoke by other guests closing doors and noisy chatting at corridor during quiet hours. Only a few minutes walking, you could reach any kinds of restaurant you want that haven't chance to try hotel's. Service rating is N/A, only check-in would meet front desk.

Very convenient location, spacious room and modern interiors. Basic amenities inside guest rooms, bed size option limited to either 2 doubles or 1 king per basic room. Parking garage entrance was hectic due to busy pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Rooms are quiet at 20+ levels.

I booked a room for 3 persons. The location is in downtown, walkable distance to many places in Vancouver and right next to the shuttle to the suspension bridge, very close to the subway as well (but not the Canada line). The check-in process takes time as so many people in the line while the check-in staff is only 1 or 2. The elevator here is quite tricky for unfamiliar tourists like me, which the staff should have given us information at the check-in counter prior to use it. We got the high-floor room which is impressive for the view.

Nice hotel and location, near all tourist places , restaurants, shop and supermarket .

The stay was transferred to Sheraton Wall Centre due to workers strike at Hyatt. Overall stay was comfortable even though there were inconveniences.

The location was perfect, and the room was quite spacious for the two of us, my teenager son and i, as we were in town for university campus visits. The beds were very comfortable, and the Starbucks in the lobby, and the mosaic restaurant served good food (for lunch). Parking was right down in the basement, and was very convenient. We parked the car there and walked around Robson avenue for shopping. Checkout was also very speedy and done online, without the need to line up.

Hyatt Regency Vancouver has strategic location as we can walk around for food, train station just across it and near shopping malls. Room is clean and confortable. We had a good Stay there as staff are friendly and helpful
