This resort is an ideal location to ski in Balme / Le tour area. Staffs are friendly. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed. This is the one for you.

The location of the property is not very ideal. Restaurants and bars were closed during the period we visited, I guessed it was a low season for the area.

The hotel is very lovely, clearly well maintained and looked after with friendly and helpful staff. Our apartment was a great size and had a homely feel with modern resources and well equipped kitchen. The pool area was very clean and the facilities were good. The restaurant is beautifully decorated / stylish with a great bar area and the breakfast was lovely. It is in such a convenient location for the ski shop and the gondola, very easy and the ski lockers and heated store were great too.

3 eme séjour pour nous dans cette résidence Les 2 premiers nous occupions un appartement loué directement à son propriétaire Nous étant décidés trop tard nous avons loué directement un appartement équivalent à la résidence Quelle déception Appartement sans aucune déco, minimum minimorum en terme d’équipement, pas d’eau chaude ce vendredi soir , une cafetière peu fonctionnelle, une plaque de cuisson ou 1 zone ne fonctionne pas et j’en passe 1 seule clé de surcroît pour un appartement prévu pour 6 (bonnous n’étions que 4) avec une réception aux amplitudes horaires de présence minimaliste permettant difficilement de l’utiliser pour laisser la clé Nous reviendrons pourtant via notre propriétaire habituel car le site , la tranquillité des lieux les équipements et la gentillesse de tout le personnel sont très appréciables mais il faudrait je crois quand même faire un effort pour maintenir un niveau de prestation à la hauteur Dernier mot concernant la literie qui est parfaite alors qu’on ne peut pas en dire autant du confort des canapés du salon

Le hasard nous a conduit dans cette très belle brasserie. L’accueil y est chaleureux. La carte est suffisamment fournie et les plats traditionnels à des prix très raisonnables ; la croûte savoyarde aux morilles est un régal. L’addition est très raisonnable. Bref, un très bon moment.

Très beau complexe , bien équipé mais vieillissant…. Ménage à revoir malgré notre première alerte lors de Notre visite en 2020… le lieu est magique c’est la raison pour laquelle nous sommes revenus !! Nous sommes assez déçus d’avoir retrouvé le jouet du chien du locataire précédent sous le canapé… ainsi que des friandises ! L’équipement vieillot mais en état De Marche après que le gentil technicien soit venu réparer !! En juin peu de choses sont ouvertes , c’est le Petit bémol de cette saison en hors saison !! Nous avons eut la Surprise de connaître Cette année le parking payant 25€ la Semaine si on a une Bonne connexion internet sinon c’est 35€! Une volonté de la mairie depuis cette année , très dommage !!! Le canapé était sale , nous avons demandé une couverture qui nous a été donné gentillement .

Excellent accueil et lieu en pleine montagne parfait pour le ski ou les balades. Piscine chauffée. Délicieux petit déjeuner inclus dans la location et servi avec grace et gentillesse. Studio confortable et refait à neuf.

La situation est superbe pour ceux qui aiment le calme car à Vallorcine en gros, il n’y a rien, heureusement que l’on peut se déplacer sur Chamonix en train. La résidence est bien, l’appartement manque de rangement est est sombre. La piscine est assez grande par contre l’espace « détente » sauna, hammam et jacuzzi est tout sauf un espace tranquille. Le hammam ne fonctionnait pas ! C’est normalement réservé aux adultes mais il nous a été impossible d’aller dans le jacuzzi, celui-ci était toujours occupé avec des enfants en bas âge qui s’y baignait. C’est pourtant indiqué qu’il est interdit aux moins de 16 ans mais personne ne fait respecter cette obligation. Du coup, si vous voulez profiter d’un espace détente pour adultes au calme, allez ailleurs ! C’est bien dommage car on paye pour cela mais aucune règle n’est respectée.
