Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Valledoria, 22 km from the centre of Castelsardo, 52 km from the centre of Sassari, in a secluded, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 150 m from the river, situated at the foot Coghinas, in the countryside. Private: large garden with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, courtyard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture. 300 m long bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 7 km, ferry "Porto Torres" 51 km, sandy beach "Baia delle Mimose" 7 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. 7-room house 250 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room with dining table and satellite TV.
