Hotel Quelle Nature Spa Resort

The best place to spend a romantic weekend. Food, SPA, people and anything else was just perfect! We were there only one night and regret not having spent more days. Next time we will try during summer. Definitely I place where to come back in the future.

Chalet Salena (associated with Hotel Quelle, just a short walk away) was a pristine accommodation with so many nice touches and even better service. The chalet was a dream, but the people were even better. Can't wait to go back!

If you want to be treated like you are in heaven - go there :) Perfect hotel, perfect staff, heavenly spa and food. All in the middle of a beiutifull valley. Waiting for next visit. Hopefully soon. Thank you :)

If you are looking for a hotel that will nurture your body, mind and spirit then please consider Hotel Quelle. At this nature resort you will expereince the most beautiful evironment, friendliest staff, exceptional food, and a variety of amenities that will heal and enhance your well being. My husband and I stayed for 4 days and I wished we had booked an entire week. We enjoyed riding e-bikes, hiking, swimming, and luxuriating in the many spa expereinces. If you are looking for a "special" expereince to create a memorable time than Hotel Quelle should be high on your list.

High expectations for this 5 starts hotel in Trentino sadly partially deluded during our 8 days stay. Location: Top location in a quiet valley where uou can really enjoy some relax with your family Hotel: a bit chaotic in the spaces arrangements, its not easy to move swiftly from the room to the Spa or gym areas, spa presents high deterioration and ageing signals (-1 floor spa) as well as our room. No shampoo in the room. 48 hrs to get a laundry done. Deteriorated / non functional recreational e-bikes. Food: generally good food despite the re-proposed unfinished salads from the dinner at the day after lunch. Always with hotel owner watching you while you get food Staff: restaurant/bar staff is great, really an added value. Reception staff with 1-2 exceptions is very slow and not problems receptive Bad note: we experienced technical staff intrusion in our room despite our NO to their demand to get in to the room (baby was sleeping). We highlighted to the reception but no feedback from hotel owners. To cut it short i think the can do much better

Whether its by railway or trailway, airplane or caravan, get here if you can!! This family owned and run spa resort is set high up in the "alps" of Alto Adige, some 3 hours drive from Venice or Verona and is perhaps one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. it has around 70 rooms and a range of thermal pools, spa facilities and saunas ( most of which are "textile free") meals are served in a series of medium sized rooms making them quieter than one might expect. Some courses are buffets but most are brought to the table. the range of ingredients and quality and imagination of the cooking was superb Aside from a stunning location, excellent food and great facilities, by far the biggest attribute is the staff, all of whom seem totally passionate about making your stay as good as it can be. i speak no Italian and little German ( the language of choice in the region) but this stopped no-one from helping us - be they the head concierge or the towel boy by the pool!). moreover , the little touches ( which i will not explain in order not to spoil the surprises!) that occurred from time to time made it clear that owners and staff genuinely wanted to enhance our stay in any way they could. a truly exceptional hotel, but one which is rarely visited by British tourists - so get here if you can!

Noi siamo diventati pigri, oppure il QUELLE soddisfa davvero? Siamo alla quinta esperienza e non siamo ancora scarichi, annoiati, men che mai delusi da questa location. Sarà l’ambiente, il personale, la cura per i dettagli che non delude mai? Sarà il clima fresco per chi fugge dal caldo del sud facendosi 1150 km di sola andata? Tanti fattori insieme tra ristorazione, pulizia, cortesia che val la pena di ringraziare proprio tutti compreso il grande capo, sempre presente operoso e cortese. Un saluto agli animatori delle saune speciali, con l’arte di giordano e nicola,, la simpatia e professionalità di Tony. Aggiungo solo: consigliatisssimo!

Cinque stelle meritatissime allo spettacolo delle 18 di Nicola, aufguss professionista! Ho assistito a diversi spettacoli di diversi aufguss, ma non ho mai visto nulla di simile! Spaziose e curate le camere da letto. Struttura a conduzione famigliare, si respira proprio l’aria di famiglia grazie ai proprietari sempre presenti! Bellissima la nuova piscina a sfioro all’ultimo piano!

Prima volta in questo hotel per qualche giorno di relax. L'Hotel è al culmine di una valle chiusa, quasi incontaminata da strutture ed influenze tecnologiche. Già dall'arrivo alla struttura guardando mucche al pascolo, verdi prati e bambini che giocano si ha una sensazione di benessere e relax e di stacco dalla routine quotidiana. L'Hotel all'esterno ed all'interno presenta un arredamento a tratti moderno con evidenti ristrutturazioni e parti più datate. Camera ampia con una splendida vista sulla valle. Premettiamo che non siamo grandi camminatori ed in vacanza preferiamo scegliere wellness hotel e riposare in SPA. La mattina vengono organizzate escursioni di gruppo dalla struttura molto apprezzate dalla clientela sportiva. Pranzo con formula 3/4 di buona qualità con un cambio drastico per la cena in cui la cucina viene esaltata con piatti gourmet ottimamente preparati ed il personale di sala l'abbiamo trovato all'altezza del livello della struttura. Lasciamo per ultimo l'aspetto principale delle nostre vacanze , la SPA. Al quarto livello si trova una nuova spa con varie saune ed una piscina esterna con vista, varie stanze relax ottimamente arredate ed al piano interrato si trova la spa originale dell'Hotel. Presenza di asciugamani e buffet in varie parti della SPA. Unica nota negativa, a nostro parere, la gestione infrasettimanale delle saune, non entriamo nei dettagli e ci limitiamo a dire che è in netto contrasto con quello che avviene nei weekend in cui i ragazzi che si occupano della gestione e delle gettate sono di grande professionalità ed umiltà oltre a far vivere delle esperienze emozionali uniche. Un plauso alla famiglia che dalla mattina alla sera è presente in ogni angolo dell'hotel pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dell'ospite. Una struttura che consigliamo e valuteremo di tornarci nei weekend.
