Hotel muy céntrico en Valladolid, personal amable y atento. Habitación limpia, con reposición diaria de toallas y servicio de aguas. Recomendamos la estancia en dicho hotel.

Hotel pieni di giovani. Camera spaziosa ma adiacente un ballatoio con altre stanze, piene di ragazzi leggermente chiassosi. A pochi passi dalla piazza principale. Piccolo parcheggio a disposizione con pochi posti.

This hotel is ideally situated in Valladolid, approximately a five minute walk to the city centre. It also benefits from a separate dedicated car park opposite the hotel. Check in was easy but there was no engagement or advice from the reception staff. We were taken to our room by a member of the cleaning staff and that was it. Our Junior site was very spacious but it did lack good lighting and we had to keep the blind down for privacy. It was very clean, sleek and minimalist and not very Mexican influenced. I was very disappointed with the reception staff as they lacked any engagement at all which was disappointed especially as we just came from another hotel with excellent customer service in Merida.

Great Hotel in Valladolid located a few minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is very stylish, with rooms nicely decorated and very clean, bathrooms are nice, beds are comfortable, there is a rooftop terrace, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. really nice place to stay!

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour tout faire à pieds, c'est le gros plus. Il est joli (notamment le jardin) et le personnel est très agréable. En revanche, le parking est trop petit pour la capacité donc il nous est arrivé de ne pas avoir de place pour se garer en rentrant. Chambre assez petite mais bonne literie. En revanche, hôtel relativement bruyant et quelques cafards qui se baladent le soir sur le rooftop.

L'albergo si trova a 100 metri dalla piazza principale di Valladolid, ha di fronte parcheggio privato piccolo ma custodito. Struttura bella e abbastanza moderna, non grandisisma, bella la stanza e il bagno, tutto molto pulito, prezzo nella media.

muy mala experiencia, no servia el A/A del cuarto, reportamos y nos dieron opcion de abanico y 15% de descuento, pedimos reembolso y nos fuimos a otro hotel porque la verdad se nos hizo una burla la oferta que nos hicieron

Soy agente de viajes y les narraré brevemente como les fué a mis cliente, una pareja con una bebe llegaron por la tarde y al entregarles la habitación vieron que no servia el aire acondicionado a lo que el hotel les prometió que llamarían al técnico, cuando rebgresaron a las 10:00 pm el aire seguia igual y lo único que les ofrecieron fué un 25% de descuento. Mi cliente molesto no aceptó, les ofrecieron ponerles un ventilador de piso y obviamente ellos no aceptaton a las 10.45 pm tuvieron que andar buscando un hotel y que ellos no tenian otra habitación para darles . Realmente es asombroso como puede ser que los hoteles no piensen en el bienestar de los clientes, no tienen el don del servicio. Lamentablemente yo quedé muy mal. piensen dos veces hospedarse en este hotel no es justo que a alguien más les pueda suceder tal situación.

Petit hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêts de Valladolid. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables, attention la terrasse est commune à toutes les chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Café, thé et fontaine d’eau disponible à l’accueil !
