Terrible !!! Mi reserve dice cama mas sofa cama, y nada largas y largas en recepción para dejarnos a 3 personas en una sola cama... Las tarjetas de la habitación se bloqueaban !!! En fin terrible todo.

Todo fue genial , nos fallo el secador pero enseguida nos subió otro una compañera de recepción. El personal muy amable!!!

It good be a very nice hotel but it needs a staff with a focus on their guests. Every time you have the feeling you are in the way of the staff while you should be the middle as a guest. Old interior of the former Novotel. In general a dissapointing experience.

The breakfast was impressive. The place clean, the price was right, the bathroom was spacious with both shower and bathtub. McDonalds nextdoor and El Corte Ingles is in a walkable distance. I will return.

Great location and the kids loved the pool. However the rooms were quite small, the carpets in the room and the corridors were dirty. The towels that were provided for the pool could not be sent to be cleaned daily, you supposed to keep them for the time you stay in the hotel whether it's 1 day or 5...

Terrible service, and location It is far from everything! Rooms have a terrible smell.

Horrible staff. States that there are Laundry Facilities and they aren’t. Was given a room at check in and when we got to the room it was already occupied. The key worked and everything and when we went back to the front desk all they said was “how strange”. Not even sorry or what can we do to make amends for our mistake. Not recommended. Skip

Overall good experience. Wonderful friendly staff.

The staff were great, parking was ok after 8pm but not before. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance.
