Worked well for a stop over, nothing special but good value for what it is. Family rooms are two adjoining rooms which work well. Baby cot provided which was handy.
Communication up until day of arrival ignored but on day of arrival very quick and helpful.

Last minute booking to break our journey from the tunnel to the Charente. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Loads of information available for things to do in the area. Definitely would stay again but would book direct next time rather than through a booking website as they offer a loyalty scheme.

A disgrace of a hotel. My wife passed away unexpectedly in April and both myself and *********** have contacted the hotel on numerous occasions with no reply regarding the booking for our family holiday to France in June. Disgusting customer service. It's common courtesy to reply to communications.

Having arrived in Dieppe from Newhaven in early July, we sought a simple Stop Over hotel en route to the Gironde. Alencon, north of Le Mans fitted the bill, and the strangely named Hotel Inn Design Resto Novo at Valframbert turned out to be an excellent choice, under three hours from Dieppe. Our ground floor room had a very comfortable King sized bed and en suite shower room: it was well insulated from outside noise. The Reception and Restaurant Staff were cheerful, helpful and with practical English. We opted into their Set Menu supper, which was first rate, as was the Buffet Breakfast the following morning. We set off early for an eight hour, Summer Saturday spell on the Autoroutes 28 and 10, refreshed and in good spirits. We would stay there again.

This is a very convenient stopover if one is driving south. Near the motorway, with free parking and a restaurant. Clean and quiet and cheap petrol just down the road! The staff were efficient and courteous. What’s not to like?
