Arrivé hier dans la soirée, nous avons été accueilli par le gérant qui est très sympathique et a l'écoute. Nous avons testé le restaurant et nous avons été très agréablement surpris. C'était top , très bon , très bien présenté et frais et surtout pas cher pour la qualité. La chambre rien a redire non plus, chambre refaite à neuf, très spacieuse, lit confortable. La salle de bain est spacieuse aussi et refaite à neuf . Rien a redire sur cette hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et a l'écoute. Quand je vois certain commentaire, ce n'est pas possible les gens ont du se trompé d'établissement mais on ne parle clairement pas du même. Nous y retournerons a coup sûr !

- hôtel vétuste / vieux / ancien = rénovation à prévoir entièrement - odeur / humidité - chambre moyenne/ petite / vieux mobilier / lit inconfortable (matelas et coussins de mauvaise qualité) / équipement de 1er prix / décoration très ancienne / ouverture avec clés / petite tv - douche = équipement à revoir et travaux urgent / échantillons de gel douche disponible / serviettes à la demande (pas automatique) - ménage douteux, n’est pas fait de manière approfondie - emplacement en face du tram, au centre / places de parking disponible - personnel sympathique malgré tout (Néanmoins le port du masque n’est pas souvent respecté)

On a réservé avec thé fork bien accueilli par la demoiselle ok le tarif est plus cher que le normal Parcequ on vient de the fork Par contre on a mangé dégusté superbe ManqUait la carafe. D eau à la fin Mais soyons généreux seule elle ne pouvait tout faire Belle bagarre de service réussi Le cuisto mérite notre assentiment Le cadre propre les toilettes également Rien à redire

Je le déconseille fortement , chambre pas très propre, eau a peine tiède voir froide, pas de pression au robinet idem pour les toilettes,pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain ,chambre pour deux personnes avec une seule serviette obligé de réclamer une deuxième serviette, pas de détecteur de fumée dans la chambre pourtant obligatoire, pas de téléphone pour joindre la réception, les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité Je suis vraiment déçu 😞

Accueil hyper chaleureux de tout le personnel, hôtel et restaurant. Chambre spatieuse et confortable malgré les meubles vieillissants qui donnent un certain charme.
Hôtel très proche de la Gare SNCF et du centre ville
