Hôtel très bien situé a proximité du centre ville et de la gare de Valenciennes
La chambre spacieuse
Le seul bémol le matelas n’est pas du tout confortable on ressens le fer quand on dort sur le matelas
A cause de cela nous avons du changer de chambre après une nuit car le fer qu’on ressentait sur le matelas nous a empêché de dormir correctement

再一次入住，前台小姐姐很熱情，入住離店都很便捷，一個人兩晚需付3.3歐居住税。這次入住的房間正對着火車站，晚上偶爾會有汽車、摩託的噪音，但不影響睡眠。

Loved this hotel, right opposite the train station.
The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable.
The food in the restaurant was amazing.

Old, dirty hotel. Staff isn't very friendly to anyone who isn't speaking French. Area which is in front of the Train Station isn't very safe either.

I was given room 120, I asked a room at the back because right in the front of the station might be noisy. What did they give me? So much noise in that room, right on top of what exactly? The airco? So noisy, so I asked the reception desk for another room, but there wasn't another one available. They should forbid to rent that room out. It's a disgrace for the amount they are charging and yes, that are charging about 100 EUR for a room in which I probably won't get any sleep. I am seriously considering going somewhere else even in spite of having reserved this room. I am not amused at all. In fact, I will not be returning here.

This is a dowdy old hotel in the center of a regional back-water. The price of the room is so low that it is hard to imagine the hotel being able to do much in the way of improvements. The room we had, was, by far, the most spacious of our trip, and the bathroom had a full jetted tub that must have worked once in a time. It still worked for just a bath or a shower. The hotel is located near some good restaurants.

Numerous times stayed at this hotel as good morning breakfast selection and restaurant. But problem each time bad TV reception in rooms. Problem raised with Hotel Management, but problem remains at each stay at this hotel!!!!!

The "Grand Hotel" is very close the train station, very easy to locate. I chose to park in the streets in the area. The place is just amazing : 1930 style. The welcome was nice The room was large, modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choice

Lovely Art Deco style. A little old school but that's what Art deco is...Great and very helpful staff, breakfast not as good as before (2 years ago)

Si certaines chambres mériteraient un rafraichissement, l'ensemble est très correct. Accueil professionnel, brasserie maison historique où l'on mange bien. Literie confortable. Salles de réunion. Certaines salles de bain nécessitent plus d'attention de maintenance.

Accueil parfait, personne sympathique. Chambre 259 vieillotte pas terrible, avec fenêtre opaque, donnant sur cour pas très propre. Avec aucune visibilité. La fenêtre se fermait très mal. Salle de bain, mobilier pas terrible donnant sur une baignoire limite propre, sans rideaux, sans protection, on met de l'eau partout. Lunette toilette pas du tout adaptée. La lumière a du mal à s'allumer. Insonorisation nulle, j'entendais les voisines rigoler quand j'étais aux toilettes, j'entendais tout et eux aussi. Donc, là il y a des travaux à faire d'insonorisation. L 'intitulé 3*** étoiles, pas du tout adapté ainsi que son tarif, cher à mon goût pour la qualité proposée, je ne reviendrais pas dans cette hôtel...
