The room was spacious but it lacked several things. The room doesn’t have USB ports for charging and the hotel doesn’t lend adaptors. The bathroom sink had an issue. But the receptionists were very helpful and friendly.

還不錯，出差還是挺方便的，距離科學城，鬥牛場都挺近的，附近有挺多中餐廳，中國胃表示滿足了，適合出差人士

前台很熱情，態度良好，能流利用英語交談，酒店設施也不錯，有熱水壺。進出便利，購物方便，但酒店房間正對對面房，需拉窗簾，網絡還不夠好。

Only stayed one night and didn't spend much time in the hotel but service was very good, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet very enjoyable.

What a lovely reception from Maria what a lovely lady nothing was to much trouble what lovely person , the room was great location even better highly recommend a stay here

Great central location, 10 minutes from Metro with direct lines to airport and beach.
Every member of staff, from reception to cleaners, had a smile and cheerful words. Reception staff are amazing with plenty of advice and ideas for a pleasant stay.
Cannot fault cleanliness and condition of hotel, 5 stars!

I liked everything about this hotel. The entire staff were welcoming and friendly, it is in a wonderful location for both sightseeing and shopping.

The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast area is nice with natural light but the food is average with limited hot options. I had a superior room in the second floor facing another tall building in a narrow alley. You could hear all the noises from the outside which made it difficult to fall sleep.

Hotel was very clean, comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! Customer service was excellent. The location near the Mercat Central was great! Lots of food and shopping nearby. Thank you!

Perfect hotel. Bar is small and you need to ring a bell for staff. Not very customer friendly

We can recommend Vincci Mercat Hotel. It's in ideal position for sightseeing and the staff were always pleasant and helpful.
The room was spacious, quiet and clean.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room, plenty of necessary toiletries provided, big shower, Great rooftop bar/restaurant and hang out area, didn’t use the small pool but it was nice to sit by it, wonderful view of the city sky at night. I was so relaxed at this hotel for my stay. The breakfast was nice as well and the people were helpful to get me a taxi and explain where things were that I wanted to visit. I would have stayed here much longer to enjoy the atmosphere and prime location but I only needed one night.
